I am a heavy vapor of 5 weeks. Using an ego with 510 attys, My atty.s just not holding up, lucky ifI can get a week before I have to start soaking and blowing them out. Never come back to new conditions

What juices are you using and what is their PG/VG ratio? I've found the darker juices, with a higher VG percentage wreak havoc on attys. I also just blow out my attys at night, until they get to the point of no return. Then, I just chuck them out. They are cheap enough not to sweat over them.
As Dusty says above, juice can cause your atty's to die early. I have one bottle of juice that killed 2 atty's. One atty I was using before the offending bottle, and a brand new one after it killed the first one. I don't know if it was just contaminated or what, but it was the juice. So, my advice is to try another juice vendor. An atty should last a month or so at least. If you're getting a week out of each one, something's wrong.
use eGo mega cylindrical atomizers and eGo mega cylindrical cartridges. i have used mine for 3 months, HEAVY vaping...easy 4-5ml a day of ejuice, NO PROBS. i have never "cleaned" my atomizer, just blow it out every few days or so.

I had 2 barely working with new ones coming today so I thought I would try one. Took a while to get to that orange state but did get there. Now that atty vaping like mad. Going to do the other one now
