If (when) you fill-up your tank with a liquid that you end up not really enjoying, you'll need to wash all of the components to get the flavor out. After washing the head, you really can't use it until it drys.
I do. After rinsing the head thoroughly (sometimes after soaking in vodka and then rinsing), I dry it with paper towel. Dry paper towel pulls a lot of the moisture out of the wick. Then I prime the wick with a couple of drops of the new juice, fill the tank with juice, and put it together. After a couple of minutes it's pretty much ready to vape. :)

Nice. I should start priming mine, too, even if they're fresh. Good lookin' out. :)

Thanks, looks like you are in the Manayunk area. Nice to know we have a B&M store nearby!

I found a B&M where you can pickup an atomizer- quite reasonably priced too:
Our retail location is at 446 Green Lane, Philadelphia, PA 19128
Office - 267-507-4147
Customer Service Hours: 7 days a week 830AM-10PM EST
Store Hours: Mon - Sat 11AM - 7PM - Sunday - Closed
510 atomizer
This is a 510 atomizer

306 atomizer
This is a better atomizer for the same price BUT not sure if it comes with a 306 drip tip:
306 Atomizer | 306 LR Atomizer | The 306 Atomizer is great for your dripping needs

Thank you...Now I understand. I didn't realize I couldn't wash-no-go if I didn't like a flavor.

Welcome! I'm only a little over a month into vaping, and I've learned so much already. My brother had been vaping for over 2 months when he put me on. I started with an Evod kit (as mentioned previously from others). It is a perfect starter.

One thing should be noted: buy extra replaceable atomizers (heads) early on. If (when) you fill-up your tank with a liquid that you end up not really enjoying, you'll need to wash all of the components to get the flavor out. After washing the head, you really can't use it until it drys. In the meantime you'll wanna vape, so make sure you have enough spares around to swap-out. It's taken me until the past two weeks to really get a grip on this and to think ahead of the game. Also, I started using cartomizers just today! They allow more "commitment" than an atomizer, but less commitment than a clearomizer/tank in terms of liquid usage. FYI. Good luck!

Wash-n-go is an option...Nice advice!
I am about to get a virtual visa/mastercard to make a purchase. I like the Kanger Mini Protank (and fixin's) but I am going to also get something smaller for my purse at work. LOL...maybe pink!

Nope. I actually had only been looking online. I'm in Center City and thought stuff would be in the Cigar shops...which it wasn't. I'm going to check out some B&Ms as I want to not be dependent on buying online.

Alright Tonya,
Nice to see another Philadelphia vaper up and running. I'm thinking of going to EcigsInternational tasting open house this weekend up on Green Lane. Probly you already know them. Electronic Cigarette Store | Ecigs | Electronic Cigarettes and e-juice by e-cigg!
Never been there, but I'm excited to check it out.

Where are all the B&M in Philly. I only found this one in Roxb. Other in South Jersey and one in Phoenixville far to go, but probly worth the time. I have been relying on online as well for a while until traveling in CA where I discovered a B&M by accident...makes a big difference to see the machines, taste and talk. So The open house/ demo /workshop whatever is at 466 Green Lane. Set for Saturday 26 tentative time 3p to around 9
Focus on APV and they said there will be a tasting bar as well
