Hi everyone, my name is Angel. I just quit smoking last Tuesday with the help of an Inferno E cig my husband purchased for me. I was not really ready to quit until my husband handed it to me with a smile on his face asking me to try. I can honestly say I don’t really miss it and only have a craving for a real cigarette maybe once a day. After smoking for almost 20 yrs I really didn’t think this would have been a suitable replacement for an analog and can honestly say I’m pleasantly surprised. After bonding with my inferno for the past week and a half I can honestly say I really like it. I ordered some juice over the weekend and have it waiting at home for me, which will make for a long afternoon at work. I am the point I am I bored with my menthol juice and want to start trying other flavors. I have read about dripping and this would probably be my preferred method for the future since I get bored with flavors pretty easily.I really would like to have a few flavors a day at my disposable, but I am at a bit of a loss as to how to do this with an inferno, other than buying more tube tanks at $15 a piece(ouch) is this possible or am I better off buying a different unit all together? Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks!
Angel

Yes, we'll done. No advice from me either to be honest, I'm fairly new to vaping too. Just over 3 weeks now. Started with a 510 starter pack and now just use ego c 1000mah batteries with a kanger tank. Well done on switching. If you're anything like me you will get pretty evangelical about vaping in no time. My work mates are sick of hearing about it. Seems like vaping is taking over now. The smoking shelter outside my work now has more vapers than smokers.

Sure the start up costs can be a bit high. But you have to remember about the money you're not spending on stinkies. That tube tank costs the same as 1-2 days of cigarettes and will last alot longer! Just a little something to think about. If having 3 tanks with your favourite flavours is gonna keep you happy and content using your e-cig, I think it's worth it. Congrats by the way!

Considering I do have an extra battery, logically, I think you are absolutely right. Why waste money on another set-up. At least for now :)

Thank you everyone for the words of encouragment!

Wow How cool is that!
I know right? And lots of the smokers are now asking me for the links to a set up. I've been a hard core smoker for well over 20 years so I suppose if they see me making the switch easily it encourages them. What I like is that because vaping is still not allowed in work I get to keep the social aspect of smoking.

Congrats! I was in the same boat, never thought I would be able to quit and tried these because I thought maybe my cough would get better if I smoked a few less. I didn't think I would lose my desire for the real thing, but I did right away!

You will find a lot of advice here, and give those smokers the link to this site. You can't find a better place to send newbies with all the questions we have. It's a miracle the veterans around here put up with us, with the same questions asked over and over, but they really are here to help us stay off the cigarettes. I have met wonderful people here and just reading stuff here has boosted my knowledge more than I would ever have imagined.

I have no desire for a real cigarette what so ever. Kind of scary really, I want to pinch myself sometimes or peek around the corner and see if I am being Punk'd. If I would have known it was this easy<knocks on wood> I would have done it years ago. I think I'm going to start to work on my Mom to quit.

I see the a very big knowledge base here from just reading a few threads in the the forum. And a great support system.

Congrats MrsMustang and hello to a fellow Chicago area vaper. I handed my fiance an Ego Twist 35 days ago and he hasn't smoked since. We've since bought a Provari and an Apollo VTube but all the equipment was well worth it. If you want to try a bunch of different juices I recommend VapeDudes out of Texas. They has excellent flavors and I haven't had a bad one yet.
