A dual coil will put out more vapor than a single coil. Personally I prefer the single coil. I find that the more coils, the vape is warmer, larger clouds, etc, but of course more juice consumed.

In my 2 setups, the single coil seems to be better for me on battery life and it gives a cool vape. The clouds are nice and the flavor hits well. Right now I am running a dual coil, because I tried to do a quad coil and it worked, but it is not to my liking, so I decided to leave half the coils on...

and Yes that is a nimbus I believe lol.. I have 1 nimbus and 2 IGO-W's. the IGO's are much cheaper lol. But I do like my Nimbus..

I wanted the Nimbus originally but now that I have seen the KayFun lite in action I really want that to be my first RBA :)
I'm trying to learn everything I can and I guess the rest will be trial and error. :) haha.

How did you learn to build?

It's all trial and error. The easiest method is to use a drill bit, wrap the kanthal around it and burn it so it isn't as springy. Then put the drill bit in the wick hole and connect the leads. Pull out the bit, then pulse to oxidize it a bit, insert wick and BOOM. done deal.

Then you have to poke it until it lights up evenly and then like a day later when it's working perfectly you'll take it out to build a new one for no reason whatsoever and then go through a nightmare of building another. Just kinda how it works.

Just got back from the first day of Vapetoberfest, with about 30 bottles of juice samples.

@socalmichelle Checked out ibtanked, they had some really nice blown glass carto tanks, and tips. I especially liked the 1/2 size carto tanks....cute for a girl.
But being a man, I liked the big burly mods...

There was a guy from Korea, Jesse, who debuted an automatic, piston/gear driven drip tank/mod setup. It pushed the juice up into the coil via a piston in the tank, driven by gears in the mod section. Nifty. They were literally gears like what you would find in an analog, wind up wrist watch.

One more thing....

The best thing I saw was a new juice....altho I got so many for free, these were good enough for me to pay even more than I normally pay at a vape shop for my favorites:

Potion XXIV
every flavor I tasted of theirs was better than everything else there. I don't know what they have done, but they did it right.
I walked out with "Sacred" and "The Last Emperor", both in 50/50 @ 9mg.

Vapor Craze was selling them. I am not sure exactly what the flavors are SUPPOSED to be, but "sacred" tastes short of like a caramel-ish tobacco, but neither are overpowering in flavor..... in not even sure tobacco is the right description.
Maybe I should look at their website, lol. They are both unique, I've not tasted anything quite like them.

I just checked the website, and these two flavors aren't even up for sale yet.....
