I'm confused ... I missed the 'sale', thought MV was out of Hello 016 kits, then it said 12 avail, so I took a deep breath and ordered one. Wonder if that's a mistake on the website? Guess I'll find out soon enough. I'm hoping (if I get a kit) the wall charger works...

We hold back at least 10% of all items we order just in case of returns or replacements and not being able to get stuff from China in time..

With the 016's and the charger problem we held back some extras. Now with problem being determined we felt comfortable with releasing some..

Unfortunately sale pricing must come to an end at some time or it's like having a store called 'Going out of Business'

Ive had my 016 now for three days...cant say enough about it! If this thing last, it will absolutely set a new standard in quality, as well as value, for a PV!

NO PROBLEMS what so ever with charging my 016. Ive heard how the wall adaptor's are having their issues, so I decided to bypass that charging method, and only use the USB adaptor, Works great.

Now, if my 016 only has longevity, I will be "one happy camper" forever!

Took it off the charger at 9:00 AM-
Started vaping-
Went to work at 3;30 PM-
Got off of work at 12;30 AM-
Watched my Lakers beat the Celtics (recorded) finished at 2;20 AM-
Going to bed at 2:30 AM-
Thats what, 17.5 hours off the charger?

AND ITS STILL vaping LIKE A BEAST...LOVE IT!!!!

Anyone tried LR Attys on 016 yet? I've pretty much had cartos on it since the start.

Got mine yesterday and all I can say is that it beats the hell out of my ego.

Wish it would have been out before the ego.
Keep them coming Hoog as I think once they correct the charging problem with the kit and the word gets out you won't be able to keep them in stock.

I use LR attys on mine, I basically have to recharge it every 24 hours , not bad at all considering I had to recharge my ego & riva every 6 hours with a LR atty.

I have a question about USB charging. Can you use the 016 while it's plugged in? I know it wouldn't work like a PT because it's not directly powering the atty, but can you vape while the unit is charging?

No. To charge it you have to remove the atomizer to screw in the charger cable. It's a 510 battery style charger. The 'sit and go' pass through is a dual use model, also found at MadVapes

No, it has to be disconnected from the atty to charge it. The battery screws into the charger where the atty connects. There isn't a usb port.

The battery last all day tho, so it would be easy to pop it onto the charger at night

From what I've read, they beat the holy crap out of it and destroyed the atty. I can't see an easy, non-destructive way to separate them

Someone said it was just glued and that you could soak it in acetone. Not sure I would want to use the atomizer after being soaked in acetone though.

I'm tipping as soon as one of these batteries reaches end of life we'll be seeing a "how to use a rechargeable battery in the 016 battery shell mod". Let's face it, that battery shell is screaming out for a replaceable battery, or two.

I used the USB charger and it works great good amount of vapor with the standard cone Atty compared to my ego/ tornado! Very pleased so far
