That would be a data cable. It has the connection similar to a phone jack; only slightly larger.
That would be the cable that looks like a larger phone cable that usually runs from your modem/router to your PC

OK folding friends i have one for you..... My client is "running" 2 units in the work queue but here's my query: one says its in cleanup and has been for about a week. the other has completed several WUs and the one marked cleanup is marked with 22 attempts at 100% with nothing happening. why is this and can i make it go away or do i just let it run its course until the expiration of 04/19/2013 slowing others down?

Hotrod, highlight the one in "cleanup" mode and click on the collection server link. It should take you to a page that might tell you if that server is not collecting data. Let us know if you get any info from the server page.
You may have to tell the running WU to "finish" and after it does, close the program, go to your FoH directory, and delete your work folder. That's what I had to do on one last week...the collection server had been down for months

I checked out the collection server link 171.65.103.160 log
Here is the work server link 171.64.65.99 log
Both show last log date to be Sept. 29 but neither one shows any errors. I will try to delete it when i have more time to mess with it.

Hotrod, I'd let it keep trying to send until the time out date. Have you tried pausing, closing the program, and starting it again? Might even try a reboot if pausing and closing/reopening your client doesn't clear the hiccup.
Up to 12 now so the passkey should be buying us some more points now.

I do too. He/She is putting out an amazing number of points a day (upwards of 300K) with only 8 machines online. It would suck being overtaken by a unknown entity..
