I saw that, however I simply can't in good conscience suggest anything with that low a battery mAh. In fact the only reason I can suggest the little Keyring is because it uses a Lipo cell instead of Li Ion.
I feel the same. What I thought I wanted when I started VS. what I use today is very different. If you really want a 510 Cig look-a-like you can certainly find a lot of them out there. And I know with all the mods, Cartos, clearos, atty, battys, and whatever other jargon has been thrown your way, what you want is something simple and familiar.
I did the same thing. When I started vaping again (had a cig relapse, I'm much better now) There were so many options and words and things that I just didn't understand or want to really. I got a cigarette shaped battery, and tobacco flavored juice, and was so disgusted by the experience that I almost just gave it up. I decided, instead, to get the King Disposables from 7-11 and use them till I found something that didn't give me brain pain. Those KEAR starters worked great for me. A ton less messy than the 510 set up. Way easier to fill, use and not get a mouth full of fluid, and with a car charger, the battery never ran out. This, and some Our 4 High Caliber which you also order from Electronicstix worked very well with me. Once I got over the Ego Battery fear, I saw that these little Egos are still small and slim enough that is wasn't supper obvious when I used them. And though I really enjoyed the flavor of the King Disposables, I haven't found a E-juice tabacco Flavor that I enjoy. Mostly I hate them. The RY4 (Our 4 from Stix) is comfortably dark and has a hint of cigarette in it. The caramel and Vanilla mix well for a strong, but not too sweat flavor. Close enough to what I was used too when smoking, but closer to what I would develop a taste for Vaping.
I went through these starter packs quick. I have already passed the two I got for myself on as well as getting 4 for friends and one for anyone at work that wanted to give up smoking. The tank it comes with is easy to use and lasted long enough for me to get comfortable looking at other items. The only downside was that they don't sell replacement heads for the Smok Viva Nova. Which is what those come with and what you need to look for.
Simple break down, if you are using Vaping just to replace cigarettes, I'd stick with the disposables. No mess, No set up, a flavor you can stand. If you want to use vaping to quit, which I did once, then a 510 set up isn't bad, it just isn't good either. It leaks, always seems to have a hint of burn, and bothered my teeth. I needed to keep Juice on me at all times, because they always run out, and It just didn't satisfy me. Which is why I was able to quit with it. The JoyeTech eRoll is pretty good and will do what you need it too. I like it better than any standard 510 set up.
What most people I have talked too experience is that what starts as a plan to quit becomes an enjoyable habit/hobby. So, starting with something as small and messy as a 510 isn't going to help make the transition easier, it just makes it cost more when you do upgrade. I actually started a post on here about things I wish I had known when I started and one person added "I wish someone would have talked me out of a 510" which was widely agreed upon.
So, from personal experience I can say that the eRoll was the best of the look-a-Likes that I found, it has a pcc, and is the only mini I use. You just need to get something else to carry extra cartridges in. Not hard to find, when in doubt, altoids tins work. This way you at least get a cig a like that if you do end up deciding to get bigger and badder batteries, you will still keep it around.
