ROTFLMAO

Why do people ressurrect 5 month old threads?
'Cause it's funny and relevant.

Here's a wonderful product. You'll never know how good you could feel until you've tried this. It's a pretty gross website, but it's a fact of life. ;)

Best Colon Cleansing and Body Detox Programs

Actually, what you're seeing in the pictures is caused by the product, it has several chemicals that that form a polymer lining in your intestines, which is shed in your stool. I pimp colon cleansing for Adsense revenue on one of my sites, and writing the review for this product was fun. I was feeling particularly vicious that day.

If you truly want to clean your intestines, use Ginger Root and cassia Cinnamon bark pills. Both available as CHEAP supplements in the grocery store. Ginger Root is an anti-inflammatory and you might feel some of your aches and pains go away. Cassia Cinnamon bark (and it has to be the cassia cinnamon) reduces blood sugar. 2 pills each with breakfast and dinner. I'm not sure why they work - but they do.

I think clinicaltrials [dot] gov is the place for you to go to verify, at least the cinnamon portion of this. Love this site - where scientist list their test results before the government interprets them.

I have been using the NCIG for the last 5 weeks and am really enjoying not smoking, but I have found that I am also suffering from a bit of constipation and am always bloated . I do suffer from irritable bowl syndrome and did take some medication a week a go. But now the bloatedness has come back an i am feeling very uncomfortable and irritable .

Do I need to stop using the electronic cigarette - or will this go away with time.

Hello everybody. I'm new and stumbled across this post when googling my concern. I'm actually having opposite side effects. I've been vaping for about 4 days and the first day I felt constipated and gassy, but the last 3 days I've had 3 to 5 "healthy" movements per day! Not that I'm complaining, but that seems kind of odd to me. Does this make sense to anyone?

P.S. : Thanks for having me! Kind of an awkward first post.

hahaha that's a helluva first post indeed
but here's my take on the subject in my first 10 posts too.....

I too have had plenty of constipation and increase in gas in this first week of switching from analogs to the e-cigs....didn't realize it was a related incident till i read through (and laughed so hard in) this entire thread. I'm just hoping it passes quick, I don't remember if I had these issues in the past when quitting smoking

As gross as it sounds, I LOVE FARTING! from the fart offs my cousin and I used to have, to letting slip a SBD in a crowded enclosed space that is sooooo bad that it would make a maggot gag. (so long as nothing is attached and no shart action was happeneing.) To me blowing the toot flute is almost as enjoyable as vaping, at least rummbling like a sick buffalo clears the room.

If vaping out a sweet cloud has a side effect of releasing a fog horn without having anything attached so be it. Not a side effect but useful comedy gold.

I'm so glad I found this post. Constipation is THE NUMBER ONE issue I am having and have been having for over a month now. For a while, I thought something crazy was going on with me or maybe a reaction to PG or VG, but have since learned otherwise... I poo once every 3 days and smoke once every 3 days... that's because I give myself 2 days to move things along without an analog before succumbing to smoke for its laxative effect... That's right, I cannot poo without a cigarette. I want to say "hey ya i quit smoking..." and join the ranks of you all, but it doesn't seem possible. :(

At any rate, what I've found is that the colon muscular contractions are over excited with not only nicotine, but also with the 4000 + chemicals cigarettes have. The problem is not related to fiber or fluid intake (although both help); rather the body's new inability to move things from colon chamber 1 to colon chamber 2 to colon chamber 3 and out. To make matters worse, the colon naturally absorbs fluid from the waste as it travels through the chambers - the longer it sits, the more water is absorbed; thus making the problem even worse the longer you don't poo... Until finally things are too impacted and dry that no amount of colon muscle strength will help. I had to use glycerin laxatives to help save the day a couple times and THAT is no fun.

So my only suggestion, as has been suggested to me, is to slow the intake of food and observe how much goes in vs how much comes out. Its ok to go a day or so without eating (juice diet!) to allow things to catch up and clear out. I found that I can no longer eat large meals.. only small ones and very slowly. And I can't eat cheese anymore. :/

I'm going to ping igetcha and get an update from him now that it has been a while to see if he can provide any suggestions.

I still want to hear what others have as far as strange vaping symptoms or new idiosyncrasies they've just realized. Learning more every day, and it's been many months. No one should be embarrassed to comment. It all is pretty funny!

(Remember this?)
Constipation - ishy - ashy - ashun: Now begins, starting with the words... Jack went, to the, bathroom, and couldn't...

Many people, have the, symptoms, and do, not know, the cause...

Say what is ailing you. Could be that someone else can help?

If not, still interesting and funny conversation!

Igetcha is more the expert here maybe? We will have to all send him a message soon if someone else already did without a reply! Fresh fruit and vegetables do not always work either...

A daily enema isn't all that convenient to make up for a few hours of vaping and totally not smoking analogs! ;-\

Women, I'd expect to have this problem more than men - only because we are supposed to be sensitive... Men, should be able to adjust quicker?!

Does anyone have any suggestions other than 3x the normal amount of water one would drink? Spicy food, salad, and beans do not make much of a difference for me. My usual diet can't be more extreme - hot peppers, tons of fruit, curry too?

I've lit a few matches to smell sulphur and candles to blow out and smell the wick, but it still doesn't do it. Could start drinking hot coffee in the morning now that it is getting colder out? If Red Bull and Iced Coffee, etc. do not do the trick either, I'm not sure just coffee being hot will either.

Ideally, sex at night, again in the morning, a cigarette, then hot coffee, breakfast and orange juice should be all anyone needs... How do you improvise with half of those pleasures, excluding the analog cig?

Staying up late (nicotine does that too), playing with matches trying to figure it out. So glad I'm anonymous on here to everyone who does not know me personally! lol

I will say only thing that you are getting addicted. And addiction to anything is dangerous.

I agree as far as addiction goes, and wish I could edit that post to be not so graphic. TMI from lack of sleep and other things.

Cold turkey has been in the past, the best way for me to quit smoking. But, in convincing others to quit, the ecigs are good for those who still want "simulated smoke".

My posts were honest to my own experience and I still do not fully understand why I and many others have dry skin, breakouts, and constipation from vaping on ecigs, no analogs, and a healthy diet.

I guess, with any side effect, to cut back and do everything in moderation makes sense.

Everyone is different. And, what works for some, may not for others.

I thought i was alone. Search engines do wonders :)

I've been recently experiencing weird problems with constipation. My schedules are regular, but putting out literally painful bricks. The only real change I've recently introduced to my body for the past few months, is of course vaping.

I vape heavily at around 5-6 hours total time a day. I occasionally still smoke, but have pulled it down to barely 1 stick every 4 days against 15 a day, before i started vaping.

I did my research about both PG and nicotine. In a nutshell, what i've read so far is that PG may cause dehydration and lead to constipation, but i think there is a lot more literature pointing out that the lack of nicotine DOES have constipation as one of its side-effects for smokers who quit.

Prune Juice for me!

...

Yup, I enjoyed the same thing. It is also known as a 'lazy colon' because it is used to the excitement the nicotine and other chemicals in ciggies add to the body. Without it, the colon has to restrengthen itself.

I recommend raising your nicotine levels to 24mg if you haven't already. That is what did the trick for me. At first I thought it was too much and kept reducing it, but it only made it worse until I learned about the lazy colon.

thanks for that info, i feel not too alone anymore now, however i should tell you that i do vape 18mg-24mg on a regular basis. I dont think im getting that much nicotine (Using LR attys in an Ego XL setup by the way)

although now i have bigger problems as i believe i have .... fissure already, blood in my fart, and in my stool as well. since its really red and fresh, according to my research its most likely constipation related. going to the doctors tomorrow :D

just an update, its confirmed that i have .... fissure :(

now taking colon cleansers and Senokot. I feel better now and i feel that the cut is healing. Man, iwould never had expected that it would reach to this magnitude, as i would not have even known that im already in a nicotine withdrawal state. none of the other symptoms raised up on this thread occured to me.

i dont feel cravings for analogs ever since i switched to vaping, and im only 3 months into it :) well i guess constipation is the only manifestation for me :)

Looks like a lot of people have similar problems.
Imagine how many wouldn't feel comfortable to leave a reply in this thread.

5.5 months into vaping, 3.5 months smoke free.
About 1 month after going smoke free noticed unusually often "gases", usually after each meal, especially if I'm sitting.
Fortunately no constipation.

I hope it goes to analog withdrawal, not to vaping.
