Thank you all... It looks like I am either going for a kayfun (clone) and (if i can convince the wife for a birthday gift) the Erlprinz...

Any thoughts on the goblin mini?

Thanks for the info... I will keep you posted.

IMO, as a new builder, stay away from the Erl's. Sure, they're easy to coil, but they're a nightmare to get the wicking right. (and they're ugly)

As a new builder, I'd recommend getting an RTA that allows you access the build deck without draining the tank so that you can make adjustments with the least amount of fuss if something doesn't go just right. The new version of the Kanger Subtank Mini is probably worth a look. Not only can you access the build deck easily, if all goes wrong, you can always slap an OCC coil in it and still have a tank to vape.

I don't have a Goblin Mini, but it looks like a leak waiting to happen for a new builder.

I dunno, I'm a relatively new builder and the Erlprinz was no problem for me. You just have to know the two tricks for wicking and filling. It's probably not the best one to learn on not because it's hard but just because you have to do the wicking differently than any other atomizer. It's a stellar flavor vape though and as easy as anything else if you read or watch a good guide. It's just that the advice won't apply to the next device you get :)
