I've already decided I'm getting my second Provari (technically 3rd for the house). I already have a Satin black with red led, and my boyfriend has a chrome with red led.

Now that I'm ready to buy it I can't decide which of the two looks I want to go for. This will be a mini just for me to take out of the house and have extra flavors in for my rotation. I want it to be short and not top heavy looking. I also want it to look good :)

Here are the two looks I'm having troubles with.

This was posted by another user. I have no idea what tank that is, but a IBtanked would work just as well so long as it has that same even look. I would be using a diver since I already have tons of Killer cups. I love how classy this looks!

This was posted on Vape Goddess's Facebook page. I have wanted a purple Provari since I bought my first one (purple is my fav color), and now that blue LED is available that makes it even better. I think the tank on that is plastic which is a no-no for me. I'm strictly pyrex/safe metals. But, I love how skinny this tank is (and the caps look great!). I would like to use this setup with a Diver as well. I also already picked out some charms that I would love to have on it, although, they are silver and would go nicely with a silver provari as well.

I'm very torn! Part of me is scared I'll regret the purple later on if I do wanna go for the look of option 1. Purple may not look as classy. I'm also not sure if I'll even be able to find a tank in that size that works well with a diver and is made of pyrex/safe metal. I'm also not sure if I would become annoyed with the charm thing after a while since I've never had one.

Thoughts or suggestions?

Thank you! Was hoping to buy this today, hopefully I'll decide by tomorrow.

I have a mini purple one. When I first got it, I thought the purple was kind of a weird shade. It's grown on me and I do like it now but as far as classy, the silver one would be a better fit. I like the look better with the tank being the same size as the base, more like the first picture but that's just personal taste. The thing about the purple one is it seems like there are less accessories that match the purple color.

Thanks for the comments so far :)

Here's my line of thought right now.

Get silver - I'm sad immediately because it's not my favorite color.
Get purple - I might be sad later on

lol. Wraps were a great suggestion, I'll take a look at some chrome/silver ones.

Does anyone know a tank that is similar to the purple picture that is pyrex - that works for Diver?? Finding the right tank might make me go ahead and get the purple and maybe trade my black for silver later on if the wraps don't work out. :)

The IBTanked will look nice. Pyrex tube. The 19mm will be the same diameter as the top of the Provari's tapered cone top. The 22mm will be the same diameter as the Provari's main body, like the tank in your photo. The Provari/tank in that photo is using a Pro Ring (beauty ring) between the tank and the Provari, which can be purchased from at least a few second party vendors.

The IBTanked end caps will be significantly slimmer than those of the tank in your pic. The 19mm caps are only available in stainless steel. The 22 mm caps are available in stainless and also several colors of anodized aluminum. IBTanked has also recently added some cool anodized drip tips to match the aluminum caps.

Everything finally arrived :)

This is my new provari/diver/IBT all set up :)

Might still be in the market for a drip tip for it.

Very nice! Now let's see...purple, purple, purple

Purple Majesty - Acrylic 7-31-13 | Molehill Mountain Art Drip Tips

Blooming Lilac 102 - Mr Vape Inc. (I have one of his Tru Stone tips. It's very nice! He has other purple ones on his site, but no purple Tru Stone ATM)

This is a new blown glass vendor. He's been donating tips to the Mod Envy give-aways and people really like them: Purple Lace | Envision Vapor

This is Teena's shop (she has a supplier thread on ECF, under Teena's tips & charms, or something like that. Her tips are lampwork glass, not blown glass, so they are thicker and sturdier. I bought one of her tips from AIV before I found out she sell's directly):

Thank you!! Going to look through them now <3

Edit: Ok I'm in love with purple lace. I wonder if they have a flat mouth peanut version (like the black one I'm using atm).

I'm sure you can send them an email. It's a very small start up.

In about 15 minutes a show called Mod Envy starts. It's a webcast on Nova Broadcasting (you can get a link from Vapor Joe's site too). You have to sign up for chat through a site called Justin-something, there will be a link on the Nova page. Anyway, you can just watch, but if you log into chat they have drawings. One of those tips is usually given away.
