I've got a .32 Ohm build running at around 45 to 55 watts and no matter what I do, change wick or rebuild, I get a burnt cotton taste. I'm pretty positive that my wicking is on point. I don't stuff the juice well with a ton of cotton nor do I understuff. Help me out here this is driving me nuts. Btw I'm running a plume veil v2 and an ipv3 li. HELP!!

After the burnt cotton taste is your wick still soaked? If so then its not wicking properly, could be your wicks choking and not feeding the juice to the coil.
Yes it is, I tried using less cotton and it seems to still taste burnt. I'm using organic cotton so I know it's not the product I am using a high VG juice, but like I said I've changed the wicking twice already and still have the same problem?

It looks like he's using 24 gauge wire, which should be plenty for a 0.3 ohm dual coil at 50 watts.

Yep 24 should be OK at .3 and 50watts, BUT...... Burnt Taste is a sign of Burning, Thick wire runs cooler than thin. Never stand under a SHOULD bird.

FWIW could still be the wick, too much, too little, could even be not enough dripped.

I'm leaning too the too much power, being the issue here though. That means wire or circuit board hold solution.
