From the links B2L posted, 3-4 days. Drink a lot of water to flush it out.

Please, please, please(!) post after you've gotten the results back and how long you abstained from nic. No one ever reports back!

Good luck!

We can not go take this thing for another 3-4 weeks so I will make sure and come back and let you know. I think they told us it would be weeks after that before we get the results back too. so this will take some time.

oh ya i heard all of that from the real smokers yesterday. wow!! they were hot. give it time thought it will happen. even the fat kids will be on the list.

So as a vaper I'm an economic liability even though I'm 40 with the heart rate of a 20 yr old--working out 5-6 days/week. Yet my obese colleague is not?

There's a class-action lawsuit here methinks.

What is your Current Nicotine Level? And about How Much do you use per Day?

Maybe you could use that 3 Weeks to Ramp Down your Nicotine Intake mg wise. And also Reduce the Frequency that you take a Hit?

Because you are not going to want to vape at Work, Right? And Potentially Blow your Cover.

The fat kids will be just the start.

The logical conclusion to this whole thing is beyond comprehension.
Genetic testing for potentially inherited diseases?
Body Mass Index testing?

Submitting your grocery receipts so they can be evaluated for poor eating habits?

Where does it end you might ask.
The concept of socialized medicine, by definition, indicates that it will never end, only expand.

oh i say the same thing. The deal is i work for an insurance company so they know all about everything. lol what i love is this is a choice for us to do this testing, but if we choose not to (if we smoke or not) have to pay a higher premium. I drink tons of water now. was doing that before vaping so i think i have this water drinking down. I am just worried that a few days wont cut it.
Wow, just wow. I have heard it all now. Seems like a awful invasion but I guess that's just the world we live in today. My advice is drink lots and lots of water and maybe go to a sauna and see if you can sweat the toxins out of your body. This just might help. Please let us know how things go and the outcome of it. The more water you drink, the more you sweat the better. Best of luck to you and I'm so sorry you have to go through this.

oh ya cause this thing they have us signing up for we are supposed to log what we eat and how much excecise we do and all this good stuff. we keep letting these things happen. i am not sure what to do to stop it but it is getting out of hand. give it time your company will have you on vitality with us. then they can watch your every move.

Wow. Why Don't they just Embed an RFID Chip into People that Goes Off in Grocery Stores, Bars, Fast Food Restaurants, Gyms, etc?

May God help this country out of the nightmare it has become!

It will only get worse. All for mONEy, mONEy for nONE!

For now my only solution is to not have health insurance! I'm 35 and I've never once needed it, only had coverage briefly in my early 20's until I got layed off from that job. I refuse to willingly sign up for Obama's bull....! Let the .......s fine me!

Well the company has gone and done it. if we want to pay a lower rate on our insurance we all have to join this fitness thing. Not just the smokers but every one. If you dont join you are sure to pay 80 more a month per adult on the insurance. If you smoke (or have nicotine in your system) and you join the fitness thing you pay 40 more per adult. Ugh! We all have to go down to the local lab and it seems we have to have blood drawn for them to do all the test. You know the h1c and colesterol BP and all that crap. Of course the cotene is in there. I have been vaping between 3 and 6 for months now. Last night i placed an order for all my liquids in 0! ugh! I have been reading and trying to figure out with taking the blood test (which i think is unfair since i can not stand needles and think that is just a total invasion) how long i need to be on 0 to pass this test. I have read that depending on how long you have smoked it can take up to a month to pass the blood test. anyone else have to do the blood test and how long did you do 0 for in order to pass? If i was a drug addict i could get that crap to flush my system and not worry about all this mess. I feel like a common criminal because of this. ugh!

I've heard 0 still had small traces of nicotine in it just so you know..

The great part here is i work in a market office and not at corp so i vape at my desk all day long. Folks here are all about me not smoking so they have been rather nice about it. Honestly i have no idea how much i go through in a day. I have so many tanks that i switch out. Some days i am sure it is more than others. I told my wife i will probably go through more at zero than i do now.

That's Phase II but you're getting a bit ahead of things now.
;)

I'm telling you DC, things would have been So Much Easier if they Could Have Passed that Logan's Run - Hand Crystal Bill thru Congress in the Late 70's.

as of right now i am not sure how much of it we are required to fill out if we choose to do this. I know we have to take this test thing to find out how old we really are. That did not come out so well for me. I am 43 and that thing said i was 60. OMG!!! for signing up and doing this biometrix test thing they are "giving" us a free fitbit. Ya they are being big brother here. This is the first year so i am sure as time goes on this stuff will just get harder. I did the censsation class this year and so i am classified as a non smoker right now. they said you get your money back on what you spent that was for smokers, but ya i never saw that. you have to complete the course before they adjust your insurance so just signing up does not work. Bad part is if i choose to do this my wife has to do it too. it is crazy. insurance is just as big money ..... as every other company these days. it is not about the care it is all about the money.

omg

How is this going to Fit In with you Saying that you Don't Use a Tobacco Product?

Just a Side Note: I know one Employee was turned into their Boss's Boss by a Smoking Employee because the Smoker was Bent that She was being Charged Extra per Month. And the Vaper was Not.

Not saying this is Going to Happen to you. Just something to Consider if you Vape All Day at Work.

It shouldn't have any, unless someone is doing it very, very wrong.

All you need is propylene glycol and/or vegetable glycerin and water and flavorings.
These are all things you can buy without interruption.

So to to get ANY nicotine in those circumstances, it would take a purposeful adding of nicotine.
Or contaminated equipment.

that is what i am kinda affraid of. I know if i make my own then i would have no worries, but i am not doing all of that. On the FAQ there was one that said what if i dont smoke but come back positive for the coteine and it said you pay the smoking rate and you can join the cessation class. How about that crap? Blew me away.

Lord help us all.
It is beginning to look like the insurance companies are ruling the world....at least our part of it.
I am just absolutely afraid for our future generations.

If these insurance companies are getting away with all this with their own employees.... They WILL try the same thing with companies that they offer insurance to.

I am so sad for our country
