Help please? Looking for a extender.....

...for a smok ePipe. I want to give my husband an ePipe for Christmas, but think he'd appreciate the choice of using a larger (18490) battery sometimes as the smok ePipe (as it comes from the box) takes only the 18350 size batteries. I know these extension tubes exist...I just don't know where to buy 'em!

I already have the smok ePipe, so it's no use suggesting another pipe.

I just would like to know where I can get the extender piece for the pipe I have. In gold if at all possible (since the pipe is gold). Thanks in advance!
