I'd just like to add that it's common for a mouth to lung device like the juul to produce a very good throat hit. So that needs to be taken into account. As for the other side of things see if you can get the juice adjusted to 36-50mg/ml. So you're at 15mg/ml and you need that to go up to 21-31mg/ml dependiing on what strength you need.

You may want to pic up a sample bottle of the freebase nic variety at around 18-24mg/ml to see if that helps as freebase nic has much more throat hit....hope that helps.

DIY doesn't have to be expensive. If you need more nic, you can get salts in PG for more throat hit (PG will do that) or freebase (in PG or VG) freebase and PG would give you the biggest "hit." I don't know if that would be more than you might require.

That sort of gets you into somewhat staring DIY. It does not have to be super expensive to start but there are some start up costs.

DIY is much cheaper ... even with skipping some of the steps. You can buy pre-mixed base of your choice where you choose the %PG vs VG and amount of nic you want. Adding flavor shots is also quite cheap.
