Just keep on it. When the urge comes, power hit until you're good to go.
Keep fresh batteries close by, too (Unless you're using a passthrough)..

april i am glad that your hanging in there keep it up and if you waver remember it is not an approved NRT so there every now and then analog is fine espeically when you start out. once you better understand your personal addiction you will be able to better control it.

Hang in there, I smoked 1.5 packs a day and got my 401 and 3 days later never even wanted one, I smoked regular light basics but seems the 36mg menthol I can feel it more and helped me quit analogs easier. I started with the 401 but got the 901 later and like that alot more, think im going to try the 801 next or maybe the 501 since everyones raving about it. the ecigs have been so much of a blessing it just confuses me why they are always talking about banning them other than evil big tobacco and tax revenues, just goes to show they just care about the mighty dollar and not peoples lives. Why elese would they stop shipments and ban a product that is actually helping so many people. I actually feel so much better vaping and am alot healthier, just makes me sad that people want to ban it.
