I've seen people use a potato or a large cork to remove broken light bulbs from their fixtures. A wine cork is a pretty good bet for what you need to do.
needle nose pliers if you ARE SURE the power is off, potato the best when you have one in your pocket

I'm of English roots, why i usually don't have one in my pocket, and the galley is usually to far away to go get one, BUT i always have needle nose in pocket, it's an English thing

I too missed the OP. All I got out of this thread was something bout a tater and how many guys to screw in a lightbulb....

I should have quoted the OP. OP broke off a carto to a low enough level in the 510 connector so as to make tweezers/pliers non-useful to the removal process. Therefore the suggestion of the spud or cork to be used like removing a broken light bulb. ------- I'm Irish - kwcharlie is English - and FreeFire knows someone easily excited
