what am i doing wrong???!!!
I am new to diy and I can't seem to get some of my flavors to get robust or strong enough...I have ordered all my mixing stuff from wizard labs...pg...VG. and nic base along with some flavors that are LA and TFA....I also have some LA from Walmart.....although the buttered rum and gummy bear from wizard labs do pretty good. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong or point me to a good thread?.....I have tried heat and steeping both and still NO BUENO! most flavors I try are at 15 to 20 percent........thanks!

Nice write up Hoosier....I will redo some recipes and start lower in flavor percentage....gonna let some steep a while too....I have a UC so I may give it another shot....maybe leave it in longer.....mine has no heat setting but does get water so hot you can't put fingers in it from the electronics in it......thanks again folks! Any other help is appreciated also.

I actually went through that just a little while ago. There is very few flavors that taste alright above 5%. Anything tobacco related I mix at 2-3%. Fruit at 5% and caramels, vanillas and such at 8%. If you're adding more try lowering the %. If they're too weak bump up the % slowly and remember about steeping.
