In the nicest of ways, these order eff ups are killing me!!! Granted, I got my last order in two days, AwEsOmE fast!!! But what good is that when my juice is missing?! Before everybody jumps on my head and starts tearing away my flesh,,,,,,NO....it's not the first time.......YES the issue is ALWAYS resolved.......YES I did get 1 bottle that I ordered.....YES..I AM upset that I told the guys that the last 2 XL batts. I got barely work now, and the was no acknowledgement of making it right,,,I did order another 1 this time and have crossed my fingers that it lasts till Christmas,.,...I LOVE v4l and been a customer for over a year,,, It's just that 90percent of everything I order is always screwed up, faithfully, to the point the mailman asks if it was correct or not each and every time! I just wish that someone would take an extra couple of seconds and DOUBLE-CHECK the invoice from time to time.....I mean, the items are always checked off and circled, and every time SOMETHING is missing!!
