I just got an update from the owner of arcticvapor.com, he cleared up the issue of whether the kit I bought has a charger or not. In fact, this impressed me so much I decided to post the email here
Kurtis,
I saw your message on ECF and rest assured there is a charger and wall adapter included in the eGo kit you purchased.
All of the kits include minimum a USB charger, but this one also includes a wall adapter.
Your package was shipped out this afternoon, and you should be receiving an e-mail via USPS with your tracking number.
If you have any other questions, I would be happy to help.
Dan

Seriously, that's amazing. He found my post on this forum, and replied personally to me assuring me that the kit I bought comes with a charger. I have NEVER had customer service this good so at the risk of sounding like a spambot I'm throwing it out there that these guys are awesome. Arcticvapor is where it's at.

Seems strange that those items weren't listed on that web site as being included in the kit. Wonder why some of their kits have the charger listed and others don't? Is this an error by the person who created the HTML on those web pages or did the owner just happen to see your thread and decide he'd better throw in a charger and wall adapter?

I don't think people, especially people in this industry, are as malicious as you think they are deback. He probably just made a mistake.

So what, did they expect me to throw the batteries away after they were discharged? Haha crazy. I'll ask their tech support for confirmation.

Great to hear about their service.

agreeing... ecig market has unusually high levels of customer service. It's a nice industry that way.

I think I am going to have to agree. I've ordered some stuff from madvapes, litecigusa, volcano, zigcigs, and of course FSUSA and customer service from all of them has been top notch.

Liberty Flights has just restocked on Riva 510 kits for $29.99. These are exactly like the eGo, only better. batt is 750mah vs 650 for the eGo and it has a better battery button. All parts are interchangeable with ego parts and it vapes like crazy. I just ordered a second kit as a backup. They will go fast, so don't delay. Ask around ecf and most will recommend either a Riva510 or an eGo...For this price you can't go wrong.

well I see you're in a predicament, but that's perfectly fine because everyone's first pv is the basic of basic units....my first was a mock of the joye 510 from esmoker online.com.....I since then have upgraded to the usb passthrough eGo from Rob @ good prophets.com it's blue in color there's 7 colors to choose from with a 30 day warranty....& his niquid delivers a good throat hit & it's straight vg with the consistency of pg, it's absolutely amazing....but since then I have discovered E-Liquid and Electronic Cigarette Shop - Category Listings where they have the same usb eGo pt in 8 colors with a 6 month warranty that's right a SIX month warranty, with the eGo I don't worry about constant charging because the battery lasts pretty much all day & it comes with a 4ft. 10in. cable that you can use in the car with a usb cigarette lighter adapter or an available usb port on your computer. Now with atomizers there's lots of places to get them from but I came across a web site called ............... where they have 510 attys with a 1 year warranty that even includes BURN OUT can you believe that, the only thing is price they're $15 but for a 1 year warranty including burn out it's woth the price. Now for juice the sites I have found that are pretty good are : freedonsmokeusa, goodprophets, vaporbomb. I used to mess with carts but I got tired of messing with them & I've gone to dripping & it's way better than carts, no messing with mods & cleaning or anything like that. But all of this is just my own personal opinions, you can go your own way...which ever way you choose, just stick to these forums that's what I did...hours on end because I wanted to improve my vaping expirence as much as possible 'cause there was no way in hell I was going to return to smoking analogs just way too disgusting....after 22 years of smoking it was time to find an alternative, it helped me & it has helped others & to you & all the other vaporers in the world where ever you are..........KEEP ON VAPING ON!!!!! :vapor:

The best drip tip I found is at super T manufacturing with lifetime warranty it's the traditional style long widemouth stainless steel. avoid h2o at all costs...there are plenty of people on here that have gotten taken by them...that they do not honor their warranty...that have waited upwards of 3-4months for replacements and never gotten them... there are threads here about them...

Girl, I have the EGO which is nice but check out "clouds of Vapor" wetbox. I am getting a mega atomizer for the ego but I love the drip method which taste the best especially with the VG juice. The wetbox is a bottom feeding machine that you squeeze and the juice goes right into the atomizier. That is only 50 dollars. The journeyman is even better but cost 135-150.00 .It is revolutionary and is so simple to use. Check it out at youtube. The ultimate vaping feeding machine. ....no more filling carts or dripping just vaping all day long! Clouds of Vapor also carries all organic VG juice. The owner was so sick of getting lousy merchandise that he started his own business because he is a vaping master. Check it out!!!!!

Check out the wetbox at "clouds of vapor". The ultimate vaping experience. Dripping is the ultimate, but this is a bottom feeding device what puts liquid right into the atomizer with a little squeeze. No more carts or dripping just ultimate vaping all day long. I am dreaming of getting this but just purchase the EGO so I have to wait awhile. For an even more ulimate experience check out the journeyman if you want more power. I have been checking out the master vapers on you tube and they all love that extra voltage. Clouds of Vapor also has a all natural organic VG line which has very good reviews. I have order some juice but have not gotten it yet.

Hey everybody, I'm glad to be here, and I'm hoping I can get some advice from some vaping vets!
I've been vaping a blu cig for the last 6 days, and while it does take the edge off of the cravings, I have several problems with it. First and foremost is the vapor volume, there's just not enough of it, no matter how long I sit there puffing it, not to mention that the volume goes down sharply after the first few hours. I try to make the cartridges last a day and a half at least (I wasn't a very frequent smoker to begin with) but on the second day I'm tired of just sucking in air. I'm sure you all know the other complaints with blu, battery life, crappy cartridge technology (that damn foil), etc. So on my next paycheck this friday I'm hoping to buy a new one, and of course what better place to go for advice?
I'll try to be as specific as possible with what I'm looking for so I can get the best device I can. Most importantly, I want TONS of vapor. I love a strong throat hit and that's what I'm really missing right now from analog cigarettes. There's simply not enough vapor in these skimpy blus. Secondly I would definitely like easily refillable reusable cartridges. Buying e-juice is cheaper than replacement cartridges by a long shot, and it has more flavor and nicotine options. Size and color are less important, but I would like a black device if possible.
Thanks guys, I look forward to hearing your responses.

yeah those 901's and 808's or whatever they all suck I would go to dojovapor and get you a 900mAh ninja then once you get it get a drip tip and start vaping straight juice on the atty then while your using your ninja find you a mod..

odd that you would recomend a vendor ot on the ecf vendor list for a rebranded riva that's way more expensive than you can get elsewhere

hmm that's interesting... the wetbox has been getting all sorts of bad reviews... see: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...only-wet-but-stinky-cheaply-made-rubbish.html for an example

umm its where i got mine.. and im happy with it.. I paid 69.99 for the kit and they gave me a free ego case. I paid just about as much from altsmoke for the 650mAh kit so getting a 900mAh kit for the same price just about seemed like a good deal to me. free shipping.. But since this post I went and checked out that site and it appears to be under maintenance so you might not be able to buy from them now. and I don't know anything about rebranded maybe you can clarify that with me?
