It seems to me you are not able to fix it, contact the manufacturer (or seller) to solve this problem

Your problem could stem from many different causes.
Could contact:
Local B&M vape shop (Visit)/someone who knows what their doing -----Might be simple.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will repair or replace or advise (any authorized distributor may help).
Manufacturer contact ---see if they will repair or replace or advise.

If you are just starting out and switching from tobacco, get spares for everything needed, then, get spares for the spares. You never want to not have a back-up close at hand. I carried a Tupperware in the car. That tended to be nearby.

And don't worry about lowering your nic intake, do that later when you have some time. Whatever it takes, failure is not an option.

Welcome and yes, warranty it. Screens that, ah, look like that it's not resolvable. Hopefully you can warranty with the vendor or manufacturer. Spares are also good yes, in case something like this happens.

because this i'm not vapping, I had to use bronchodilators after vapping
I'm using a liquid 70-30 vg pg respectively
