Hi there!

I called customer service regarding a replacement bottle that was never received and now have two bottles of wow-vanilla in my possession... so I guess I owe you guys If it's ok, I'll keep the extra bottle and make a note in my next order, so that you can charge me for the overage... or could pay now... let me know how you want to handle it.
