Howdy all :D. My name is Jaylesh. Ive actually been quite hooked on this e-cig idea, and wanted to get more info about it and hopefully put down the norm cigs, and start my journey to quite them all together. :D

Ive actually started smoking quite young, BAD MISTAKE, and id rather try to quit now rather then later when it may be even harder. I have tried many other alternatives (Nicotine inhalers, Patches, Gum and Cold turkey aswell as gradual cut down) but non has seemed to help in the long term. Most of the times, i would stay clean for couple days/couple weeks and find myself hooked again. So im ready to try someting else and fingers crossed this will be it.

Ive heard so many success stories from e-cigs, and seems to be the best healthy (to an extent) alternative. Ive have been doing my research and thought its time to try join a community to get more help, advice, and hopfully have fun :D.

So anyway, im in the process of choosing a e-cig atm, and probly will end up buying my 1st from this site, as i dont want to spend to much straight away. Anyway, hope to meet some new people and have fun :D

Jay. ;)

(BTW, if this is in the wrong place, i do apologise, and if moderaters would move to appropriate place, i would be grateful. Cheers :) )

I would advise a JOYE 510 (no box) starter kit for a first timer. Unfortunately, CIGNOT.com I have heard is out of them at the moment. Never the less, others on here have them also.

The complet kit is around $35.00 American. It comes with;

1. Two batteries
2. Two atomizers
3. Five factory filled cartridges
4. One recharger (for the batteries).

I would advise, pick up some samples from the supplier rather than buying 20ml or 30ml bottles of juice until you know what you want.

Welcome Aboard!

to me if i think of vaping as trying to quit smoking... it makes it difficult. when i got mine i use DSE801, i was very skepticle these things would even do anything. most ship with 18mg carts. i liked them but was constantly vaping and felt like a nicotine fit was a second away all day. i got some 24 mg juice and its awesome. no cravings at all. and im not vaping constantly. i dont look at it as quitting smoking because honestly i love smoking (or i did)
i look at it as an alternitive to smoking and i can smoke if i want or vape if i want. i prefer to vape :) tastes better and honestly last 2 days are the first time in the last 30 years i didnt spit something brown in the sink while brushing me teeth

Welcome Jaylesh,
Welcome to a community of friends. A place where there is something we all have in common. Pretty cool.. Keep your eyes open and read everything because most if not all the suggestions and opinions you will read here are either from the veterans that have proven methods and you can learn quickly from their mistakes, or sometimes a newbe like me gets a moment that can help you out.
Point is, this for sure is the best supporting team anyone can have to undergo such a killer addiction.
Ok, i myself started with a 801 kit from Awesome Vapor.. a couple days later bought another for my wife.. we both stopped smoking from the first time that little blue led lit. Since, i still use on and off that 801 with the original atty, a VP-2 with all the adapters, so i can get in on the 501 & 901 crowds. Love em all. What's best? No one can really say, just a matter of opinion.
I hope something here comforts you....

Awesome guys. Great advise alreadys :D Honestly, having a community behind you seems to help alot. Ive actually been looking at the EVOlution from Intellicig. I want something that atleast feel like a real cig to start me off. Colour and looks dont really effect me, just i think i would find it easier if i atleast started on a round tip rather then thoose flat ones. BUt thats jush what i am thinking. Ive never tried eaither so i cant say for sure. After some more research, i think i may order my 1st e-cig soon, and im leaning towards the EVO :D I cant wait to get my 1st vapor pufff
