So I have been struggling lately with whether or not I am missing out somehow from going straight into RDAs and never experiencing a quality genesis atomizer. I have been focused mainly on flavor with most of my rda selections and question if flavor is my main concern a quality genny wouldnt be so bad once I adjusted to the tighter draw. Does the genesis provide comperable flavor or should I just stop gazing at the grass on the opposite side of the dripper fence?

if you want to take the time to learn how to build a genny properly, it is well worth it. gennys are all i use anymore except once in awhile when i want to blow clouds on my origen. the flavor between my origen and rocket are incomparable. if you do learn how to build a genny, please do it with mesh. you might as well use a kayfun if you're going to be putting cotton/silica in a genny.

I also find that Genny mesh builds, if done right, can last 5 months or longer. Got a tip from another forum that avoids the hassle of titling when using a Genny: cut the mesh in an L shape before rolling. Make sure the fat end of the mesh is at the top, wrapped by the coil and the bottom of the mesh( thin part) in the tank is a little loose. The mesh will wick faster leaving a ton of juice in the coil eliminating the need for titling. Took a couple of tries to pull it off but it works.

Hey all, question please. I was looking for a new mech. Currently I have paps 2.5, v3, gus telescope and X. Considering a xxix, surfrider or nemesis. I want to change things up, the X is my favorite of the mechanicals that I currently own. Button and gpin are awesome. I like the feel of the X button, it's the one most comfortable to fire. Prefer nemesis for aesthetics but all input welcome. Any pluses/minuses to any of the ones I am looking at? Any input welcome, TIA.

I would highly recommend the MCR-101 if you can get a hold of one. The switch is absolutely superb, and they're VERY well-made. Liam (MCR's head guy) is a really nice guy. All I did was email him at contact@mcrmods.com and told him I really liked his mods, and would love to have one. He emailed me back the same day with an order form! I don't know if they're still taking orders but it's worth checking into for sure...

There are many many different metal combos you can choose from. I went with Brushed SS 18500 tube, as well as a Polished Copper Nickel 18500 tube with Polished SS Switch and top cap. The mod performs REALLY well, and I personally think they look really nice...

Just a thought.... :)
