Got my Vapor Shark rDNA40 on Thursday, and the dna chip is hosed. Bunch of blue dots or screen tearing, No reply to an email sent to their customer service. Looks like I'll have to call them on Monday. I know it's the chip and not the Vapor Shark, but slightly disappointed that they didn't reply to my email.

Got a Vapor Flask on the way also, hoping I don't get another bad dna board.

Hey Bud,

I'd try them again on Monday. Mike @ Vaporshark was very responsive when I had an issue with my rDNA 30 so I am kinda surprised that he didn't get back to you. Unless they're getting inundated with calls/emails about issues with the new rDNA....not sure.....hope you get it resolved quickly!! :)

Good to hear. I got a reply, but it was just a 'we got your email' automated response. I'll call them Monday if I dont hear back.

Yeah, I got the same thing at first. But then Mike responded about an hour later with a return label to send my rDNA back to them. He also corresponded with me the whole time it was in for repair. I was honestly very impressed with their cust service, so I am kinda bummed to hear that they haven't gotten back to you! Maybe their CS is inconsistent? Not sure......

But I hope he/they get back to you tomorrow!! :)

Yeah, I'm just being salty due to getting a bad board, I'm sure it will be resolved on Monday. On another note, the Atlantis at 40 watts is quite the beast!

And thanks to qorax's influence, I have an Erlkonigin (and nano kit) on the way from InTaste. I found the 500+ page thread here on it, and it seems to be quite the atty. Not sure why I wasn't paying attention to it all this time.

Nice, can't wait to get my Atlantis....The Erlk has also intrigued me...might have to grab one at some point!!
