Got my Vapor Shark rDNA40 on Thursday, and the dna chip is hosed. Bunch of blue dots or screen tearing, No reply to an email sent to their customer service. Looks like I'll have to call them on Monday. I know it's the chip and not the Vapor Shark, but slightly disappointed that they didn't reply to my email.
Got a Vapor Flask on the way also, hoping I don't get another bad dna board.
