Just an update on my DNA 40 board issues. Both companies came through with excellent service.
Vapor Shark replied this morning, no questions asked and provided a 1-day priority return label and a promise to immediately replace the unit.
For the Vapor Flask, it was actually VapeRev who stepped in and offered to exchange the unit with another brand new one. They didn't have any currently in stock, but said they are able to contact Vapor Flask directly and have a single replacement sent to them immediately. They also sent a return label, no questions asked.
Vapor Flask also sent me an email letting me know they would take care of anything further that comes up in the next 6 months.
Will update with further details as they happen, but I'm pleased with the response from all three companies.
Just hope the replacements come with the latest revision of the DNA board!

That's good news bud!! Yeah I think I am going to pull the trigger on a Vaporshark rDNA 40....I just found out that they're having a 20% off sale on everything on Monday (coupon code = "cybermonday"), so I will likely order one then. I love my rDNA 30 so much that I think I'd like to have an rDNA 40 to go with it......

you should be able to tell it's a zero from the signature right under the sleeve
