I do not see a high end tip thread right now. so here goes. my buddy works in a machine shop. he made me a few one of a kind tips. today he presented me one from a new machine they got. it blasts water to cut the material so no machine marks already polished. eliminates a step saving them money. they do not make tips though. so I really like it. he also used a heavy copper content brass blank that looks pretty good. maybe ill post a pic.

the problem is this place has everything you would want. he is nice. I think he just does not understand what people expect from a business in usa. even all sales final. no return on defective either. since he is otherwise nice and I really like the shop I think I will be the one to tell him you need to have different policies here. somehow he does not even know what mods are real or fake but he has the right price. that's how I instantly know with him. plus by now I can tell anyways. yes that is what he had. I did not see that one on the site so I thought it might be a clone. otherwise you would be amazed what he has in one place. unfortunately he also sells tobacco. I need to tell him that is not okay either. I think he will agree because he seems like a good guy. he is just obviously clueless. I mean he can barely speak English. I think it is good though that people find opportunity in America. so I am patient with immigrants I think I might be his only customer though lol..

I keep drooling over that, but keep loosing my nerve when holding the 150$ modded kayfun in my hand :)

I will say that the machining top to bottom on that thing is flawless.

my cpa told me what I spent on ecig and I was actually very disappointed in myself. my other collections have value. sure, this should not do me like chew and gars but I wasted a lot. I love these things but I really need to cool it. sure I have it but why waste it. if I shared the number you guys would think it is obscene. I did not even realize I did it. I am really unhappy I went and did that. I mean a few nice setups is cool but I went way overboard. really unhappy about it. I know this thread is to enjoy these but now I have buyers remorse. I did not mean to kill the vibe sorry. I just point out don't spend more than you realize. especially on credit cards if you need to finance them. this really is a new hobby though even if they have no value. easily replaces zippo. okay sorry to bum you guys out.

ot. I have posted in the girls thread and they seem to be heavily influenced by looks. I was wondering which type od drip tips you guys prefer to complete your setup. metal, acrylic or glass? what gives the best performance besides looks. I was in the market for a custom acrylic again. although having small bore I am not sure they provide the performance. I am seeing you guys are mostly using metal. I should be content because I just got one heck of a metal tip but always looking for better. it is important because if it constricts it negates a cloud setup. I just got a huge cap for tobh and there is a noticeable difference. I hope you guys don't mind this but I feel it is important.

Not everything has little value as you could sell off some of your collection to recoup some of your expenses back. You will lose a little bit of money on the more main stream stuff like the Hana's and now is not the best time to sell your high end mechs, but for regulated it is a fast paced electronic device so new tech effects old tech. There are exceptions the Wapari's, the Zero's, X-One, the other sought after c-frames hold their value currently, and many are sold above rrp. But the reality is is that for most electronic devices collecting them is a loss due to advances and the release of new product.
Either way if you're off tobacco products you are ahead imo.

This is a interesting little guy housing a SX350, got some more details?

Stratum from Russia, find it on Facebook. :) It is actually a pretty cool device and well made. There are a few video on assembly and breakdown, that thing is very well thought out internally.

Hi Todai,

How do you like the Monster V2 ?

I am running a KFL V2 with drilled base and Avid Vapor chamfered centre pin and low profile cap but looking for another RTA with looser draw.

Hi Paul,

I love this thing. I've always loved the Kayfun vape experience, but when my tastes changed to preferring a more open draw, my KFLs started collecting dust.

The 528 guys started out by taking existing Kayfuns and Kayfun clones and customizing them, but now they machine all the parts themselves.

If you were OK with spending $99 for a KFL+, another $50 for the Monster V2 is a bargain. You get the modified base, with absolutely massive air holes and massive juice channels, a custom gold plated center pin and block, full size and nano size SS tank sections with both SS and polycarbonate center sections and high heat red silicone o-rings, a polished bell cap tank, a custom chimney and custom drip tip with the Monster logo, a nano chimney, and a full set of spare screws and o-rings.

Best of all, all the aftermarket KFL accessories and tanks (SOV, etc.) fit perfectly. In my picture above, I am using the authentic Svoemesto KFL+ tank and chimney on the Monster V2 base. The MCR mods drip tip is from the MCR 303, I just thought it matched up well.

I'm running mine at around 0.5 Ω at 35 watts, with occasional jumps to 50-60 watts, no wicking issues

Oh - one more point - airflow cannot be adjusted. It's wide open all the time.

Cheers mate,

Todai

My man JP, always killing it! Nice, bud!

Haha thanks man! Yeah I really love the 16. I bought one off of a member here, and I liked it so much that I went and bought a second one! Flavor is better than the MK2R IMO. The chamber is even more reduced than the MK2R too, so I think that's why the flavor is enhanced. The only con is the juice capacity, but it's not a big deal for me TBH

Scott (igetcha) just put up a review yesterday on it. HCV sent him one, haha.

I use 5 Bull Box Mods tru-stone tips and a couple of acrylics I won from vape shows.
I can use metal tips but prefer tru-stone.

Bully tips have become fatter since I started buying them.
I asked StoneFather about making some thinner and he said "done" but they haven't hit the site yet.

I got the vaporshark 18650 tioday. I assume it is not considered high end? it is interesting what they did. they made a mod for the masses. it really is that small. dimensions are different but over all lower volume than hana v4. the battery door has to be the easiest change out I have seen. even has pull cord. the caps on sx mini and flask are runner up. hana needs to get with it with the pita screws that don't line up. unfortunately I still did not get the latest chip and the guy was positive. unless I just don't know how to work these. anyways lock atty is not desirable and nothing I need. dead screens I can do without. guess I will see if this busts too. so far dna40 hates me. I am guessing though this does not make this thread being the Samsung phone of vaporizers lol? or is it actually taken seriously?

I got my usual discount so it was a good deal either way. not the guy I was talking about this guy is total legit. well anyways what do you guys think about these. I am digging it but of course I just got it. less comfortable to hold than hana v4 but alright. the subtank plus looks like a cartoon on it.

good to know I could sell my stuff. better that I don't have too. I am going to call the cpa and tell him my life is priceless so add that up. I am sure all the cancer came from tobacco. no one else in my family used it and never got cancer.
