High Quality "Lifetime" Viva Nova Style RBA?

Every rba video I watch seems to display a product that has a fatal flaw. The ZAP top cap can pop off and it leaks as a carry-about, the Spheroid has the filler material instead of the tank and is a juicy mess etc....

In the meantime, the Vivi Nova is near perfect. Is there a variant on this design that would be:

1) Absolutely leak proof in all carrying positions, with tight screw threads instead of press-on cap
2) Built with ultra high quality surgical/space age (whatever) steel to last a lifetime
3) Center coil with L or U shaped wick instead of vertical Genesis style
4) Works well with SS mesh
5) Clear glass tank or metal with window
6) Without attached mouthpiece, but allows for standard drip tip of choice
7) Relatively simple, straightforward rebuild process

I guess I'm looking for a Vivi Nova that has a military-grade build. Is there such a thing?

Sounds like you are looking for the same thing that I was looking for unitl I found it. The Odysseus by GG. Though its not meant to use SS mesh, some have done it. It has the above ,

1. leakproof etc.
2. stainless steel etc.
3. can be done
4. has been done
5. has the option
6. one thing I wish it could do/ unless you get Ithaca by GG
7. very easy to build

similar to Nova in taste, but even better and heavy tank like build.

I agree on the Terminator. Wait a week and get the Terminator-C. C will have a glass tank. my vn taste is always off a bit with a background metallic note. the ody clone flavor is outstanding. take tiny tank wheel tracks and sit the vn and terminator on them. the vn would look like they want to spray your yard for weeds. the terminator would look ready for battle against alien zombies.

Thanks all. I've looked at this and downloaded the ody pdf with the pictures... This may sound petty, but it seems like you are stuck with the metal mouthpiece, which I can't stand. Maybe there is some kind of drip tip sleeve or something?

During my initial vape manic spending spree, I purchased a couple of metal drip tips with orders and I can't use them. There's a horrible, spine-tingling metallic mouth/teeth reaction.

EDIT: And the Ithaka appears to be about as affordable and accessible as a seat on the next launch into outer space...

There will mostly likely be extras from the Pre-orders, yes they are on the high end of the cost range. I have the Ody and the Terminator and they perform equally well. The Terminator at 60.00 is a good price for the quality and if you still feel hesitant on the price or type of atty, there will be a co-op real soon on the Term/ ody clone soon. There is one going on right now, but its filled, as it is a testing co-op to make sure it is up to par with the Terminator from Stormys. Keep an eye on this. As far as the metal drip tips, a good stainless steel drip tip does not give off that metal taste, metal or cheap so called stainless does this. I have way too many expensive stainless steel drip tips and they do not do that. If needed you can take one of those "condoms" from a cartomizer and cut the end off and slip it over the mouth piece and that will take the cold metal taste away. Its also a great thing to take with you when out vaping, you can let special people take a try and protect you and others from "germs"
