highest quality hi-watt mod?

I want at least 60 watts. which I guess leaves Chinese. I have ipv2s. it is alright. compared to build of real hana it is meh. is anything out there currently that is built really solid? must take 18650's.

I think I found what I am looking for. sx mini. the variant is very nice but 1300mah battery in 250 watts? I hope the sx mini is good quality.
