I have some enroute myself - fixin to string up a foot or two and see how she vapes.

I just got my order of it today. Works great in the pt 2. I can chain vape on and on. On my Taifun gs, I've had to drop the wattage and not really chain vape, but that may be due to the design of the device.

It is a very good wick media. I am definitely a fan.

Steep time: none

Nic Level: 18 mg

Tank/Atomizer: 1.5 HH .357 and 2.2 PT2

Build Information: 3.8 V

Mod: (mechanical, VV) EVic

Thoughts/Tasting Notes: As soon as I opened the bottle my husband aske what it that? It smells good. Dripped a few drops and got heavenly banana pudding. Handed it over and didn't get it back for a while. Filled a PT2 and same thing happened... Stolen. Thing is my husband had a juice he likes and very rarely strays from it. So for him to like it is huge. I have a good sized collection and he never takes advantage of it. Once I got it back I haven't been able to put it down. I get real banana on the inhale and pudding on the exhale. The Nilla Wafers are there, but very faint. I think they'll be more apparent after some time spent in time out. That being said I poured off some in a drip and go bottle and am letting what's left of the 50 ml steep. I'm going to enjoy the amount I alloted myself unless I can get another order in. Hope this is around tomorrow so I can order another bottle. It's that good. Clark hit another one out of the park and Katy was right once again

Spread the word about XC-116 people are missing out... stuff is incredible and torches clean many times over :)

I'm so glad I visited today. I just ordered 5 feet of treated xc-116 ceramic wick! I hope i don't get the same scratchy throat reaction like I do with silica.

So question is, when would you replace the wick? How many times can I reuse this?

Okay, gave in and put in an order for BP even though I don't like banana but everyone loves it so much I've caved to the peer pressure!!

I was the same way. Didn't think I'd like Nana juice. Ordered some on Wednesday and just tried it. My brain was wrong lol. It told me I wouldn't like banana juice and it was wrong! WRONG! This stuff is outstanding. No joke.

Yeah, I figured I couldn't sit by and watch this one go without attempting it at least! We shall see...

I always remove my coil, scrap the coil. rinse the wick with warm water, let it dry and then torch back to white. The more you torch it, it slowly gets brittle, but you need to torch it many many times before it gets to that stage. I have had more success with ribbon wire, kanthal just didn't seem to mesh well with it the way ribbon does. I stick a 1/16 drill bit inside the sleeving and wrap on that, attach to the atty, secure it and slide the bit out. Works like a charm every time. I used to use my immortalizer frequently which doesn't have an insulator right there at the posts (the ceramic is the insulator) so I would just torch the coils directly on it.. no melting of anything... cooling process required though ( I run the base under cold water making sure it doesn't touch the deck or posts, much faster that way ) PM me if you need help with it :) throat issue arose in the beginning, just need to get a feel for when the wick gets dry and drip.. flavor doesn't really burn or fade much as the wicks dry up and thats when it starts to irritate your throat

Banana pudding taste like banana candy to me. :(
Will try it again in a day or so.

I agree.Even though it is a decent Banana flavor, it needs to transform quite a bit through steeping to earn the label Banana Pudding.

I live in TN and eat a lot of Banana pudding :) and to my taste it is a combination of the banana and the wafers and the topping that give it that Pudding taste . This juice at the moment seems way to heavy on the Banana and I am not getting enough of a hint of the other notes to make me believe this is ever going to transform enough to make it a pudding. Not trying to offend anyone just giving my honest tasting notes. I hope I am pleasantly surprised :vapor:

I have this in 2 different tanks. In a PT2 with rebuilt coils/cotton wick @1.8ohms it's heavy on the banana, with a hint of puddin/wafer. In a Taifun @1.7ohms and cotton wick and I'm getting the full array of banana/puddin/wafer flavors in equal parts. I prefer the Taifun, wife prefers the PT2. Perfect harmony lol

I have tried it from 0.8 to 2.0ohms on cotton and mesh and I'm not getting that unfortunately.

Like you, I cannot seem to get anything else out of it except the banana. Tastes like the small banana taffy squares to me. First NT juice that did not do it for me. I am in TN as well, so I am also used to eating the real thing and that is probably what spoils it for me.
