Nicotine affecting flavor...man, I'm learning a lot. It will be interesting to see what your juices taste like between mg's as I lower my dosage over time.
It really does. I had a similar experience to Clark's. I started out with sample packs at 12mg. Found a couple I liked, bought them in 24 and 0 so I could get whatever nic level I wanted while having a high nic tank for emergencies (plus, at the time, all I wanted was TH).
The 24 tasted really different than the 12 did.
Now I'm down to 6 with the occasional 12 (have to finish them off lol). 18mg is almost unvapable for me, unless I use my worst tanks, but then, poof, flavor is gone. oh, well. Even at 12 I can taste it. It does change the overall flavor a bit, and it has that unmistakable peppery taste that you can feel in the back of your throat. It's more noticeable in juices that are naturally harsher, like not-too-sweet tobaccos and some fruits.
The other day I filled a kayfun with one of my favorite juices. Forgot it was 18mg and was used to vape it in a protank. It almost cut my head off lol. Went to the B&M and bought a second bottle in 0mg to cut it down.
Then there's the vendors. I find Nicoticket's 12mg less harsh than others. Maybe it's the heavy use of vanilla (or the quality of the base).
