That #68 might be up in the general sales as well. It was an off site purchase that I don't think is going through. Same with #67
Well they will sell when posted I'm sure of that..I'm excited to get my Holly/Hickory VV it may not be a popular choice but it suits me to a tee.

Sounds like there will be some great Hogs waiting for people just in time for Christmas:)

Got 12 I think ready to wire up and will try to get most every thing done this weekend.

Thank you Mike. I forwarded your reply to The_Hypnotist since I have mailed it out to him just now. Hopefully he will understand and if not he will probably ask more questions.

Thanks Beezer

@ Hogwart, I'm sorry but I am completely lost when it comes to wiring. To be honest I would rather just snip the offending wire (too afraid to attempt a repair). I need to know which wire. Thanks

On both my Hogs the LED comes on whenever the switch is pressed, regardless of whether there is an atty/carto installed. Before you do anything to the mod you may want to screw in an old atty or carto and pop in a battery to see if it fires--just to make sure the short is in the wiring rather than the switch. You definitely don't want the atty firing constantly ;)

you can pop the whole led out if ya like.
As far as the wiring goes on the led, the neg is soldered and the pos is screwed into the switch.
The wire going into the switch from the battery should be screwed in by its self to the switch.
The other terminal on the switch should have the led and the atty connector attached to it.
If you just want to disconnect the led then loosen the screw on the switch that the led is in and pull out the led wire then tighten the screw back down.

I just tried it and in that respect it works fine pwyll.

Kewl. Then you can just ship it to me and I will fix the wiring for The_Hypnotist and forward it on.
I can almost guarantee it won't get lost in the mail after it's delivered to me :there should be a fingers-crossed-behind-your-back smiley:

Yes? Yes?

I didn't think so...
