prob is I cant find a small enough on/off switch that will hold up to these batts that aren't huge.

and made up a drawing for the VV chip, going to wire one up tomorrow and try it out. I don't want to send out a vv chip that can over drain the imr batts or just rely on protected batts protection circuit to shut the mod down.

I try to stay out of the modders forums since I became a supplier so its trial and error...
I think this should do what I want it to and prevent the mod from firing if the batts get down to 3.4v.

I do like your wafer idea.
In fact I believe another main wood mod maker uses a plastic wafer with his mods that has no on/off switch

You are correct. Thus yours should be wood. ;) Anything before making the mods bigger. They're the perfect size.
