I had an orange G2 refurb in the cart, the only color I am missing. Couldn't pull the trigger though....there's always tomorrow...lol.

By the way, all 4 of my G2's are refurbs and look/work perfectly. If anyone is on the fence because they were worried about getting a refurb there is no need to worry.

Just a few days ago I signed up for a Facebook account to try and read the HohmTech Facebook page. Boy Howdy was that a mistake. Within about 18 hours my inbox was inundated with request after request to be my friend . All I wanted was to be able to read the HohmTech Facebook page so I could be up to date on ALL things HohmTech. The next day I deleted my Facebook account. I'll just rely on these Forums to keep me up to date I guess.

Question; I see some that use Claptons that are 1.5Ω and are suppose to be Kanthal. What are they (how are they wrapped) ?? Hows the ramp up time and wattage requirements ??
