constant state of confusion
The 3rd commandment of vaping is Thou Shalt always have backups for thy backups of hardware and juice.

Now with 24 mods and over 200 hundred bottles of juice and who knows how many batteries.....I may have taken this commandment just a little too far, but I am prepared for vaping Armageddon...... But I have bought piece of mind and I still wanna buy stuff
I have moved onto the 'I want' stage of vaping.....of course that is usually followed by the lecture from my boyfriend about the difference between wants and needs :glare:

I work at my daughter's house and used to carry a purse to work. I now carry an Adidas team bag. for my vaping supplies.

I am thinking it may be time for an intervention AGAIN

hahaha.... if you're like me & a bunch of people on here, check back with us in a month & i bet you'll be asking for storage system tips for all the crap you've ordered! after trying a couple-5 systems i finally have my 1&only love, so now i have 'spares' totalling about 7 batts, a passthru for car & house, charger for car & 3 for house, car a/c converter (just in case), maybe 100 cartos, 1/2 gallon of pg & vg, a few hundred mls of nic solution, & 3 drawers full of flavs, & so i am finally comfortable that i will fine if 12.21.2012 stops the mail.... but then too i feel i might need a spare passthru.... :-O

dammitall, catlady007!!! just when i thought i could take a breath & you got me hyperventilating over this solar charger from amazon... & now i'll be creeping around on amazon looking for inspiration along with trawling all the vape sites. thanks for the GREAT idea, luv it! :)

I live in the FL panhandle, and electricity can never be counted on. A 15-min storm can knock out the power for hours. Also....wait for it....it's hurricane season. I had a bad flash of "what will I do when the pwr goes down for a day or two?" A veteran vaper turned me onto the solar charger.

***On the Bloog forum (can look for my posts there) there is a SEVEN 808d charger from Newegg linked there for like $20. I WISH I knew about it initially... I use 808ds and chain vape and I have:

1) 4 auto Bloog bats, 1 maual
2) 3 chargers going, 1 pcc going, 1 pcc in drawer... charger for car if needed...

If I were new I would:
1) Keep 1 charger going
2) Buy newegg charger and then get the 808usb connectors
3) Have 5-6 808ds constantly charging
4) No need for a pcc then... just carry many in a case to any event... Bloog owner also posted that the Bloog 808ds lose power very slowly...

This way you have 2 chargers, your bats, and never need a PCC just a case...

Edit: Rosewill RHB-330 7-port USB hub from Newegg

I know what you mean with the hurricanes  I have TWO solar chargers AND a usb charger that uses AA batteries as it's power (both alkaline & will recharge the rechargeable AA's) Just in case the sun's not out... Plus the inverter for the auto with electrical plugs, the PT's w/ car adapters :laugh: Let's just hope we DON'T have to use them :nun: praying we won't anyways :smokie:

Ok. Guys tell me if I did OK. I ran over to Mcgregor and saw Don at Breezesmokes and he hooked me up! I walked out with:
Riva 1100 starter kit.
4 xtra low res atomizers
1 box of five low res cartomizers
510 passthrough
3 10 mil bottles of juice (Don the Lavaflow rocks!)
(2 drip tips and a case he just threw in for free!)

Plus I have my original 808 starter kit and passthrough as an emergency backup.

Maybe not ready for the Zombie invasion but headed in the right direction, I hope!

I love it - vapers are the modern-day survivalists!

I was just joking about the solar powered charger...although, it sure does seem like it would come in handy...which is why I bought one yesterday after seeing it mentioned in this thread:

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/new-members-forum/207925-things-ive-learned-ecf-9.html

Scotay told us about the one he has, and lolady found a link to one on Amazon for $12.99. Her post is #85 in the thread.

Got mine here.....Rothco Deluxe Solar Charger For iPhones / Cell Phones:laugh: OK, we have TWO of these.

Yep. Don runs Breezesmokes Out of the his main business Digitek Grafix in McGregor. It's on 84 between Mcgregor and Waco across from the Mcregor airport. He doesn't have a storefront for the cig stuff but he welcomed myself and a buddy into his office and showed us six or eight different mods we tried a bunch of his juices (all good stuff) and had a great visit! If you click on forum suppliers and scroll down about halfway on the right side it's got the link to his website and he has a thread in the suppliers section of the forum. He and his wife were super nice and took great care of us.

BTW It's sounds like there are enough of us in the Waco area we ought to get a club going!!
