Legal issues? They didn't say what kind?

Just that it looked like another,meaning the Immortalizer(which they did not say).I do not understand it to tell you the truth though.We have the smok rda>ERA clone(and every other mini),and this is just one clone that is for sale on every site you go to.Why the HOTY is causing such a problem being a clone i can't figure it out?? So i am guessing,everyone that ordered them while they WERE on the site for sale,and have not recieved them yet,they were probably mailed back to empiremods because of this,this is just a guess,unless anyone has actually got theres yet??

I wonder if the makers of the Immortalizer took legal action on the clones while others haven't done that? Might have been a simple cease & desist letter sent to EM that made them decide it's not worth the risk?

The ones that were already sent out people will receive. I'll wait to hear how good it performs before searching for an alternative way to get one.

I don't know but it has got me wondering.With all the other clones on the market mainly coming out of china,if this will take hold of the RBA market now.I am going the same route you are though and look for another source to buy the HOTY from.

Ok it finally came today. It's smaller than the immortalizer but has the same design and airflow system. It also has the same two piece top cap with standard and reverse threading. It feels cheap and is a bit of a pain to set up. I feel the same way about the immo though. Here it is on my nzonic.

I set it up with 4 wraps of .8 ribbon.

It only had one airflow hole on the sleeve so I added a second because the draw was too tight. The vape from it is quite good but not amazing. Overall I think it's worth the 12 if you can find one but not so great that it's worth hunting for it.

And it looks nothing like the Immortalizer,shape maybe,not build quality though.I wish i had been able to purchase one before they pulled them off the site,and like you said,for $12 that's not bad.

Thanks a lot for reporting back on it. I'll take your advice; if it becomes available somewhere for cheap I'll get one but not going to hunt for one.

JUST picked up this HOTY the other day my local Vape store stocks them, IMO I think its an excellent atty, as stated before it is smaller than the IMMO but the ceramic base and build quality is great for the price! Again as stated before, I did add another hole and bored out the other to make it a teeny bit bigger. Single coil and it still rips GREAT! and I would suggest this RBA to any newbie or veteran.
