I totally agree with Sparky on her above post. Some of us were just lucky enough to be around when the thread started and were able to get on the first list. Even tho we were on the first list we still had to wait around the 2-3 months to get our Zenesis as it was still in devlopement and production at the time. We are still on the original lists for the Z-Atty's and that has been an even longer wait then what the Zenesis lists were or the time that you have been waiting.

What I am saying is if you really want one then go get it, it is yours to take. However, patience is the name of the game and it will all pay off in the end. :)

and no, Mr. P, I am not participating in the sale tonight.

I am not either, I have mine and I want those who want one to get theirs. I will sit back and watch the excitement as the newbies get theirs. Now don't get me wrong, if after 4 hours or so if there are any left I will snag another. :)

I don't think they'll last even ten minutes. I hope I'm wrong. It'll certainly be less stressful

Thanks K-man. You are a true friend. A true internet friend. Hopefully you are really a person, and not just robotic Zenesis-hoarding automaton.

Pchela, please ignore all the things I said about K-man in those PM's. ;)

I know how you feel. I may do the exact same thing as you. It's become an obsession. I have a mini on the way, but no idea for sure, and no tracking number, another I traded in the Ti mini deal, the Ti mini,....and I've still never had my hands on one. I'm on this thread night and day. I even check in on it if I wake up for a wiz in the middle of the night.
HOWEVER.....If I do take a shot tonight, and you KNOW I will no matter what I'm saying now, I'm going to try and buy a mini and a standard just so that I can compare the two in size. If the mini that's in shipping mode does get here, I will keep ONE of the two I get tonight as back-up.........and you my friend will be the first I offer the other one to. I give you my word on that. LOL that is if you don't change your mind and try tonight too!

Ob I was in the second run. When kaji launched the the 1st vv Ali'i. The best part was the rush cuz when i got it I realized I actually liked my standard I had the whole time. In fact I bought smokies unnumberd journeyman just for nostagia. I haven't n won't vape on it but looking at it takes me back to a time when Vaping was evolving so fast.....what a ride it was.. goodluck tonight to all you first time zenesis buyers. You will remember the excitement for years to come. As for me .....I gotta sit box on a craps game.

morning everyone. (sorry Mr. P.)

Lord, no one had the TI's yet.

and no, Mr. P, I am not participating in the sale tonight. I am both happy about this (at least my heart is, I do not think it could handle the pressure), and a little sad. There is something to be said about experiencing the race to grab something that you really want online. My very first PV, the Ali'i was purchased during a sale like this one. I can still remember sitting at the computer and waiting for a specific time. I remember when the "buy it now" button flashed green. I remember frantically putting my information in and also remember vividly receiving my confirmation code and how excited I was.

It was a great moment.

Good luck to all and most of all, enjoy the ride. As my friends at BMW used to say (this was actually my senior yearbook quote) "life's a journey, enjoy the ride" :)

You're welcome, and for the record, I'm as real as one can be. I grew up in a world where like the ob, guilt was a religion, and amongst too many people who were full of crap and phoney. And I grew up despising it all. I go to the extreme to not be like any of them. I'm as real as you're gonna find! Completely freakin warped, but real!!! :)

P.S. I loved the ball busting. It's how I roll.

Speaking of Frank makes me reminisce back to a time I drove a rental from Indy to eastern PA. In short, picked the car up and it just so happened that someone forgot their copied cd of Frank. Never listened to much of Frank but decided to play the cd and that's all the lady and I listened to half way to PA and almost all the way back to Indy.....fond memories in part due to Frank and whomever forgot their music......we've purchased more Frank since and listen often.....fond memories.

If you are still in Indy Keeno maybe you and thejager could meet up and he could show you a Zenesis firsthand? Might give you some insight on what you will be getting and show you the quality of the PV.

Just a thought :)

I am the same way. Being open, honest and straightforward makes people uncomfortable though.

That's why I feel most at home in NYC. love that town.

Not me.
I'd much rather someone told me when I was being stupid, than just let me be stupid. LOL
I try, but worry too often about making the other person uncomfortable.
I've always preferred the company of people like that, you always know where you stand with them.

Yes... I bought another lathe at the Grizzly sale!

I'll be changing that....

Drove to PA for the grizzly sale to buy some more machine tools... and boy did I buy tools...

The Zen Workshop is sporting a new Lathe with a DRO, and I grabbed a bunch of other stuff including a Metal cutting Band Saw and LOTS of tooling... NOW I can finish the Dragon and the Sidewinder prototypes!

Sunday I went to the firing range for the day...

Woohoo! New equipment is always nice :) I have a shopmster patriot on the way in the next couple weeks. Good times!

Sounds like a plan lol

Sidewinder eh? Mind slowing down just a bit so the rest of us can catch up? :p

Man, we have more in common than i thought. I do enjoy a trip to the range to relax. .40 berretta.

Thanks vicsan. I HAVE been pretty melodramatic the last couple of days and exceedingly vocal about it. My apologies, I know this is a "no whining zone" and I think I'm in violation.

No more drama from me today. I promise.

Okay, I've been reading your tormented posts the last few days and I just have to open my big mouth here and say that you are NOT any more OCD about vaping and PVs than many people who vape.

I'll use myself as an example. I've been vaping since April 7, 2011, just over 1 year. In that time, I started with an eGo-T kit which had two sets in it. One set went to my husband and I kept one. That kit grew from two 600 mAh batteries and two atomizers into...(10) 1000 mAh batteries that I rotate, 6 more 600 mAh batteries, (2) 1000 mAh passthroughs, HUNDREDS of atomizers, cartos, tanks, clearomizers and Stardusts....within months of the original kit of two. Throw in drip tips and hundreds of bottles of juices...and I am not exaggerating here.... I tried every juice vender I could find and ordered their juices to find my perfect vape (Pure cig and 7 Leaves).

Then, once I owned everything for the eGo-T, I discovered the Reo bottom feeder mod! Sweeeeeet. No more constantly filling the eGo tanks! I entered the free-for-all buying one of those. My first Reo was the Reo Grand. Then I just had to have a Reo Mini for out-and-about, so I bought a Reo Mini. Then I fell in love with the Reo Woodvil for it's beauty and had to buy one of those too, so I did.

After that I decided I needed to know what a Variable Voltage PV was like and wanted to find out inexpensively so I bought a Lavatube. I also bought ecigars and a Jazz Carto Pipe for my husband who missed his cigars and pipe.

Then I discovered the ZENESIS! By August I will own 5 of them....a Standard, a Mini, A BAM, a Titantium and a Z-Atty-U so I will be completely finished with cartos, atomizers, clearomizers and Stardusts.

All this in just over 1 year.

I honestly don't see myself as being much different from most vapers. We all are seeking the perfect vape and every time a new PV hits the market, we all think..."That's THE ONE!"

I know how much money I spent on cigarettes and it was an OBSCENE amount of money and really bad for my health. I look at vaping as a blessing for smokers and we should ALL give ourselves some slack when it comes to buying what we want to satisfy the need for nicotine. At least we aren't killing ourselves anymore and it's not more expensive if we can find the perfect vape (the Zenesis!), Right? The Zenesis will save us a TON of money! Mesh and Kanthal will cost pennies per year to use. Then the only expense is juice, batteries and an occasional replacement tank . If you can DIY, the juices are CHEAP. Batteries are not a constant expense. Buy a bunch, rotate them and they will last for years. You can also sell your old vaping stuff to help fund this new-found Zenesis hobby. I've sold most of my stuff, but am keeping all my Ego-T batteries so I can use my ZAU on them when I go out. That's gotta look "interesting", to say the least, but at least it's not a carto!. :D

Also, those who love us and know how many times we tried and FAILED to quit smoking over the years (with Nicotine patches, Nicotine gum and going cold turkey), need to step back and thank their lucky stars we have found a much better alternative. They need to allow this new obsession to play itself out and be happy we aren't killing ourselves and them anymore.

Now, do you feel you're much different than me when it comes to vaping? You shouldn't. I'm probably WORSE.

If I were you, I would get what I want/need tonight and THEN step back from the site. Wait to see if having two Zenesises will satisfy your vaping needs. :) You really wanted the SS Mini? GET IT! If money is not the issue.

I hope this makes you feel better and you can look at yourself and know that you really aren't any more obsessed with the Zenesis and vaping than many other ex-smokers seeking their perfect vape. *HUGS*

You should hang out in the classies some time. It will make you feel ABSOLUTELY "normal." ;)
