If you guys are doing a Holster group buy... I can make you guys a dummy out of reject parts to send to Asia for the fitting.

Sorry, if this was already addressed: "THANKS A LOT FOR THIS!" I really didn't want to send my Mini to South Korea, but I respect LCGGEAR needs to have it to make a perfect holster. The guy seems to be the best and he was the only one that assures that your item will not return damaged.

Zen, do you have any input on the holster? We had some ideas on how it would work, but your input would be helpful and if you want to sell them to us then I am okay with that as well.

Can we skype, Google+, phone, chat? When you are able, no hurries, no worries.

AGAIN, THANKS FOR OFFERING!

ian, stop killing yourself. There is a fine line between Want and Need. You seem to be tip-toeing that line trying to convince yourself which side of the line you want to be on. My advice would be prioritize, if it comes down to your rent or a Zenesis well that is a no-brainer. If you are satisfied with what you have then stick with it.
Only you can make the final decision but by all means do not sacrifice neccessaties or your personal sanity.

Never said a smaller airhole provides a greater vape. If you have read the posts I never mentioned a smaller airhole at all. This has to do with turning a liquid into a gas/vapor.
Does airflow come into play with evaporation? Yes. However there is such a thing as too much airflow. There are many other things to consider such as temperature, surface area and a few other things that come into play.
Just saying more air gives you more vape is ludicrous.

They're in the USA and may be easier to work with.

The only blue county in Texas!
Thanks K-man. You are a true friend. A true internet friend. Hopefully you are really a person, and not just robotic Zenesis-hoarding automaton.

Pchela, please ignore all the things I said about K-man in those PM's. ;)

Even that one thing about the...umm... thingie?!

BTW - I'll chime in - there was once a product that still produces frenzies every sale night that I became a bit obsessed with - I've been just where you are now. I struggled to not want it so badly and to not get emotionally involved on sale night. But, I got sucked in - I participated in sale nights and became honestly upset when I didn't get one. My husband would get upset with me and began to dread sale nights of this item. Good news is - I did get one and I greatly enjoy using it - other good news - I decided to let it go and stop obsessing. That was it - just decided to and now I'm done allowing myself to be all ocd about it. So, it was easy to just stop caring and making myself crazy over it - but, only because I had one. I fought the urge to keep collecting them and took back control. But, there was a reason I wanted one in the first place, just as there is a reason you want a Zenesis. Anyway, I just woke up and feel this is rambly and a bit nonsensical so I'll stop now.

Scott has already a Standard on it's way, I am sure he will review it!!

He's had it for a couple weeks...

Zen,

I have a question for you. I hope you don't mind me asking, but why is the site setup to just release units in a feeding frenzy type of manor? Was this done for marketing reasons , ease of setup or some other reason? Is it possible to setup use the waiting list as a next in line type of system?

Well, I hope to get to the point where there is enough inventory to supply the demand... but while there are so many people on the waiting list, It needs to be this way, I'm afraid, but I don't like it.

There is no way to use the waiting list to produce a "first in line" scenario.

Well, nobody NEEDS a Zenesis PV... we live in the land of "want".

Anyway, I just woke up and feel this is rambly and a bit nonsensical so I'll stop now.

I love it when you ramble...

For me it boils down to being an addict. Do I want the best delivery system? Of course because I'm addicted. Do I want control of all facets of my nic use? Heck yeh. Do I consider this OCD, maybe not so much. It's not like I can run to the local store to buy a pack, ya know.

When the genesis is trumped by better tech will I chase it?

You gotta ask??

Thanks vicsan. I HAVE been pretty melodramatic the last couple of days and exceedingly vocal about it. My apologies, I know this is a "no whining zone" and I think I'm in violation.

No more drama from me today. I promise.

Don't apologize! All you were doing was commiserating with like-minded peeps! We know where you're coming from.

You have to do what's best for Ian. I completely understand that. I really do.

I just wanted you to know that there are some of us who KNOW we don't need the latest greatest PV, but we want it because it may be the be all, end all of PVs. You aren't the only one who lives on this thread either. Look around. zen~ has an entire OBSESSED groupie fan base here and most of us have been doing this since December/January.

So, do what you need to do for you. Don't ever choose a PV (or any other material object of your desire) over paying your bills. The PVs will be here when you have the extra funds. I don't think zen~ is going anywhere in the near future...at least I hope not! :)

I saw this guy too. Problem is, he can't do what LCGGEAR can with regards to fastening systems. If you visit BROWN HOLSTERS for FLASHLIGHTS page and compare to LCG GEAR there is no contest between the two as to which will make a better more complete solution that is custom made to meet your needs and wants.

BIKE LIGHT MOUNT :: ³×À̹ö ºí·Î±×

We wanted something that clamps around the APV like a sleeve that affixes to clipping mechanism. Quickly detaching and allowing the Zenesis to be usable and still protected simlutaneously while you're using it and/or potentially dropping it!

A bottomless sleeve is a challenge for everyone I spoke with because they said it will loosen and your Zenesis could fall through.

Check the pictures on LCG GEAR, notice how many unique fastening systems he offers.

BIKE LIGHT MOUNT :: ³×À̹ö ºí·Î±×

The picture of the light holster in the above link was what we were considering, because it's open bottom and can be tightened to the APV Battery section. Now you have something functional while protecting it because you can battery swap, fire the APV, and actually use it while it's still being protected.

LCG GEAR may even have a more elegant solution, but I contacted another Kydex guy in USA and everything turned sour for me when he said he could not be responsible for damaging, scratching it, even losing my APV.

LCG GEAR acts like your device is priceless, and through many forums I found people going the extra mile to have him do the work because he is a MASTER CRAFTSMAN. I get a Mike/ZEN~-like vibe from this guy!

A lot of this came from wanting desperately to protect the Ti Mini and still feel comfortable using it when I leave the house.

Hmm, I remember Zen saying (somewhere) that the reviewer must have been happy with the device. Apperently the reviewer wants 2 more :D. If this is Scott, I'm glad gonna be a good review (not that I had any doubts). Honestly, I think that Scott is best suited for a review of the Zenesis (vs GrimmGreen or Pbusardo), he loves Genesis attys and uses them.

Oh, I just have to clarify. The rent was late NOT because I didn't have the funds for it. I'm doing OK financially, I meant more that I spend too much time here, reading, and hanging out. I was reading the forum and I thought, Hmmm what's the date? Oh, it's May 8th. Hmmm, I don't remember running a check over to the rental office this mon.....OH CRAP!

I wouldn't put myself in a financial bind over this stuff. I'll save that for my second wife.
