I had the same thing, got denied due to lack of shipping method selection.
Trying now with my home address and hoping it will pull up shipping options.. Perhaps if it goes through, when the dust settles, Zen will be kind enough to change my shipping address back for me..
Here's hoping we get far enough for that to be a problem, lol...

You didn't need to change your address... you needed to wait until the shipping calculation was done... everything is moving so slow... that means YOU have to as well...

We had to finally get an 800 number. Still have people calling all times of the day and night.
We have it set for voice mail only outside of certain hours though.
