Went back and selected "refresh shipping rates" after a few "errors" the rates appeared.

Now waiting out hte spinning wheel at the TOTAL area.

Credit Card info is entered.

When the TOTAL area is completed, the process should post.

Still haven't picked a shipping method. Please tell us if the standards sell out and I am wasting my time and losing precious sleep for nothing. I'm happy to lose sleep for a Zen. Just don't want to sit here for nothin' LOL

You are refreshing the shipping option module when it errors/stops spinning, Correct?

This is how I was eventually got it to populate and select a shipping method, but it was a bear. Good Luck!
