This is how I was eventually got it to populate and select a shipping method, but it was a bear. Good Luck!

Still has not EVER stopped spinning. No shipping rates have appeared.

This has got to be the biggest nightmare for Zen!! I hope that even if my order don't go thru, that you can figure this out, and get some peace when this mess is all over!! Thank you Zen, and I really cannot believe how many people turned out,and went in all at the same time. Crashed the server, and no one stopped to let it recover. Hope it recovers soon!!
