The cart will not check out unless all the fields are filled in. Do not hit checkout until address, shipping address, one of the little circles for shipping method, the total is visible than the credit card info is entered if not DONT hit checkout it will just reload all of the above.
If the payment method, total cost, or credit card info are missing hit refresh on the payment method to recalculate the cost than wait for all 3 to show then hit the checkout button
FYI the credit card info will stay in light grey lettering

I would hit it again, normally I got an error or a spinning thing in the center for a long time which is a good thing from what I can tell. Don't expect a confirmation though. Either endless spinning or timed out page were the 2 successful (I think) attempts.
I have a spinner over the total and the CC info ... I checked the shipping .....
