Sounds like we're in exactly the same spot ian. If you hit anything the shipping rates disappear so I don't know what to do. it;s a catch 22 . CC info or shipping rates. 
Tonight was inevitable whether it was tonight or last week it was going to happen. Im a sneaker freak and the same thing happens on Eastbay when I try to order a pair of Jordan shoes....
I get an error when I hit checkout and haven't gotten a confirmation email. 
1:40AM...

I got all the way to the end and I hit "check out", and then it said my shipping address was invalid or something. So I made sure the "same as billing address" box was checked for my shipping address and it is. Now I'm back to waiting for the shipping rates, Total and credit card windows to stop spinning.
I'm just hoping after waiting for another hour or two that I won't get an error message, have to refresh, then loose the standard that is in my cart.

Just a tip for everyone...When the circles finally stop spinning, which took forever.....and you can enter in all your shipping info, and credit card info. Then, you will click on Checkout. I actually did this, and then got the Error page, and had to go Back. I then had to start all over again . As I was going through the process again of putting it back in the cart, and going to checkout again......I checked my Bank Account, and saw the charge from House of Hybrids. So, be careful, if you make it that far into Checkout, and check to see if it goes through.
