Zen I'd like to think we all understand your frustration and empathize for your situation. Lord knows you've done all you can here. While I don't know that there is anything I could do that would help, I'd be more than happy to assist in anything should you need it.

Ok so i got through - says processing at bottom of my screen - my credit card was hit but no order showing in my account.... Any ideas?
If the order total hasn't populated, then you need to either clear any error popups 1st. Then if you waited a long time and its still spinning and not loading then

You want to clear the error not cancel the order.
You may or may not make it to an order confirmation screen, you may or may not get an email, you can check in another browser on house of hybrids to see if the order is listed as paid via creditcard. If its not their you order hasn't gone through and you need to see what is going on back on the other page.
I don't think they were on the site tonight, but I can't swear to that since I haven't looked and don't want to go to the site. No one had mentioned them being there though.
Yes that is still good just wait and check your email. I got the email first.
I tried to order for an 3 hours straight to buy the zenesis standard getting error messages repeatedly and finally got it to complete checkout and it came up with "no items in cart" and then out of stock. What a terrible experience. I am highly disappointed.

Definitely I would make a request you don't give dates any more. Just let people check back to your site if they really want one. We will absolutely buy if you say, "ok, I got a batch coming next week sometime" check the site periodically. At least until you get the shopping cart to hand the large amounts of hits it will always get with posting available dates.
Don't worry, you don't even have to keep that notification email running. We will check your site for availability. Believe me....you have the hottest devices on the market.
