Holy mother of god.......I got my mini. I have to go to bed. Order email just came in. AB-1065

K-man, I refreshed the modules by clicking on the shipping buttons repeatedly. Eventually they were all there, I got some errors though. I then checked out, got some errors, and nothing happened. Had to do the checkout 3 times before it apparently worked. I have to check my account on line to make sure this really happened.

Wow....speechless

If you can't fathom why your non-constructive criticism during a stressful time (sorry "you need better software" isn't constructive") is definitely at the wrong time and perhaps even in the wrong place, than I don't know what to tell you.

It's basically about the same as saying "Zen, why did you set up a website that isn't letting people order. I have a brilliant idea that I'm sure you haven't considered: Maybe next time, you should set up something that works." It's Captain Obvious territory.

I'm also sorry that I hurt your feelings. You may legitimately be trying to help, but you're not.

Nope. Simply discussing the story of the day.

And there was one huge security hole found that two of us are bringing attention to.

Yah but most of use get no luck until now

DO NOT hit refresh rates, just click the blue button beside the shipping option it gives you. This way you will not lose ur shipping option, but the other modules will reload.

Here is the problem I have only 1 options witch 66$ I dont have any other one :cry:

Oh, good you can do that with only the one option available? GREAT! YES, DO THAT! Refreshing the shipping total makes this whole thing take much longer to reload both modules successfully with out errors.

THANKS FOR MENTIONING THIS!

Clear the error popup. And refresh the Shipping until you see actual Shipping options to choose from.

This can take 30 minutes of errors and Reloading the Shipping options (Dont give up).

Just clear all of the ERROR Popups and Refresh the Shipping options until you see that SHIPPING MODULE load properly with selectable shipping options.

DO this quickly and ignore the errors, but yes you DO need to clear the errror messages.

Let me know when you see the shipping options load properly with choices that you can select between.

Ignore the ORDER TOTAL & Credit Card Box until you actually have shipping options visible and no pop-ups.

i have the shipping info and entered my cc info but the total still spinning do i need ot wait or go to checkout? thanks

I did. tells you something about shipping needs updating or something like that. If there is 24 hour support on the ecommerce site, I would hope Zen would contact them and find out of the totals are processing or if it is just hanging. This way we could figure out if we are waiting for nothing.

And really... you think I haven't called them at least 15 times?

Zen, you need to be proactive here. Do some data mining and find the double charges before they find you.

Yeah I get it... now stop stirring the pot. I'm wondering how many times you feel the need to pound this in to me? It's REALLY annoying! I've been trying to be cool about it, but It's becoming bothersome... the reason people (plural) have been double charged is because they double submitted... and they know it.

Should I be worried? I have it in my recent orders on the site as
Order # AB-1017
And, have the charge on my credit card.... But have NOT received email confirmation of receipt/payment. I see other people getting email confirmations..... Zen?

If you have an order in your history, you are good to go.

Ps. this site is definately not working correctly....I used my log in and password and I was put into someone else's account! Now if I wasn't looking and processed that order, without checking the contact and billing info, I would have purchased someone else a zenesis..

That is a VERY serious problem.

Ahh. But this is solved through better software.

And who should I use? Suggestions or just criticism? Do you have any CLUE why I have this cart? Perhaps there's more to the story.

I logged in using my credentials, and I got into someone else's account.....there is a problem with the software.

REALLY? I DID NOT KNOW THAT...

Never would I ever claim to be anything of the sort. Nor am I tryin to run anyone's show. The cart is a hosted POS and that's obvious judging by tonights drama.

This happens to be a discussion forum and your comment pretty much makes you a jerk.

Well then I'm a jerk too... because all you have brought to the table here tonight is negativity and fear mongering... if you dislike the cart... suggest something that's better... don't just hit me over the head with a sledge until I have to ask you to stop.... I'm a pretty bright guy on occasion... I got your point LONG ago...

Though I wasn't the one who suggested logging out, I now feel bad.

EDIT: And I'm not trying to put the blame on you either vicsan. It just sucks how things are unfolding.

I feel bad now, but if you were able to log on and check out with no problem, then why can't they log off and do the same thing? They were on BEFORE the Bandwidth was increased. I got on the site with no problem, but once i was at the product page...I then got an error message and left, but I was able to log on.
