That's what's so sad...I already had my coffee lol. I imagine setting up a wick and rebuilding the atty on the Zenesis is much easier than learning all the ins and outs of posting on ECF. I watched Zen's video a few times and it seems pretty straight forward. I am certainly a visual learner it seems!

PG and VG are thicker than water (especially VG) and flavorings are darker than water (even the light colored ones) so when water evaporates from the e-liquid, the juice gets thicker and darker.....it is like that with ANY tank system

The juice in the tank of the Zenesis does get darker - at least in my experience. I'm not sure why - somebody else might know.

I hope I'm not stepping on any toes here, but I thought I would throw this out ... there is a guy on the forums, Caddy Shop, that makes PV caddies (PV holders). They are really nice with felt-lined inlays and he will do custom designs. I'm thinking about grabbing a couple for myself and my wife, because we have a habit of knocking things down, and I don't want to break the tanks! I figure that these would hold us over until Zen comes out with his stands. That and we could use a caddy in every room - there's always a place you need to set down your PV! Hey emonty, thanks for that explanation. If that's the case then couldn't you just add some distilled water as the juice darkens?

I always thought that the juice changed colors in a carto tank from the juice being "cooked". Having a pole running through your tank, the carto, that is constantly heated up while vaping could do that. For chain vapers, the carto can get pretty hot.

On the Zenesis, the top of the wick is heated, but the center pole is not, so I was anticipating a better tank experience with less juice "cooking".

adding water will make it lighter, but you will never get the correct ratio back. The darkening will happen when the fluid in the tanks get's less..no biggy, vape the last bit or add new....

Good day to all of my peeps!! Hope everyone is having a great weekend!! Sobero4, you will not find a better thread out there!! At least I haven't!! Love the friends I have made in this thread!! The knowledge that is here is not even comparable to others!! Maybe some other members don't like some of the chit-chat going on here, but I do, and I hope it stays the same way!! We are all here because we like the Zen, weather we own one, or we are hoping to own one someday. It is all about being good to each other, and liking something that is awesome!! Thanks to Zen!!

The juice in the tank of the Zenesis does get darker - at least in my experience. I'm not sure why - somebody else might know.

It happens to all organic molecules as they are heating up, they will change their color. I believe it is reasonable that we completely flush out any juice in prolong-used tank to get rid of this old stuff one in a while. It is better for hygiene as well as tasting.

Now, I do not have the opportunity to own a Zenesis but base on Master Zen design, i think your best bet of getting thing clean up is when you change the mess. You can use a needle with fair diameter (that will fit the mess hole) and use suction technique to get rid of these old juice. Prett much, just withdraw all the old juice, refill with clean water and repeat, I think the tank can be cleaned fairly well that way.

Lastly, for myself, I have a question if anyone out-there would be kind; how do be on the "list" for Z-atty or Zenesis Cobalt/ Mini? I simply cant express how much I want to own one. Excuse my noobish, but any answer would be appreciated.

ASH if I remember correctly, and these days that's a longshot, but the ASH Edition will be a Standard with a mini tank. So the same in appearance as a Standard in SS, but with the Mini tank.

There's are no lists that anyone can join.

Only way to get a Z-atty or any other Zenesis is to go to the website and request to be notified when they will go on sale. Once the people on the original Z-atty list get theirs, they will be sold on the HoH website and in quantity.
