Burn taste as in metallic? Or burned juice? Tip and burn. Light up the coils, tip until the juice puts them out...do that 3-4 times and then try a vape. The wick may just need to be seasoned a little more. If it's a metallic taste, you have a short somewhere and need to poke and move the coils to get beyond the short.

The more you vape, the better it gets.
