You guys made me feel much less nervous than I would've been had you not been there!
Big props to K-man for donating an Elips kit to the show which I'll give away next week plus we'll have lots of juice from some great vendors too. I'm hoping Zen will make another appearance on my show too!

Well , I am in the camp of "hate cartos" ... Share my pain for a moment. I am sure you all know this story well.

Had a carto the draw was getting too stiff on in my dct this morning. I ripped open the package, slotted it and threw it in the tank, primed it and then vaped it a short time later.I used until about 3pm. I had to refill the tank, and the damned tank was stuck on the carto. I muscled it off twisting and pulling till it came off and the cheap chrome finish was starting to break free. I reamed out the upper cap to the dct to remove the offending metal cleaned it out and refilled the carto and was happily puffing away. at about 5pm the carto started flooding. I cleared it swabbed the 510 on the PV and remounted it again puffing away. Flooded and cleared at 7:30 flooded and cleared at 9pm, flooded and cleared at 10:30. I hate cartos.

Zen SAVE ME!!!!!!

I hate cartos too and unfortunately I am stuck with them until I get a rebuildable of some sort. My experience with them is that once they flood, they're pretty much done. Just toss it and slap on a new carto. I feel your pain though for sure. I definitely feel like I'm trapped in the remedial class of vaping and just biding time until I get something worth it's weight!

Is there by chance a recorded version anywhere for those of us who are stuck on 2nd shift because of thoughtless people quitting a job and making 1st shift people fill in until another thoughtless person is hired to fill the 2nd shift position? lol

and re-oxidizing will clean it?

Yes, the torch is hot enough to turn the build-up to ash and the dunk in water while hot flashes it off. Do that 2 or 3 times and the wick will be like new. You won't have to do the dripping juice and burning step again either, just put it back, wrap a new coil and vape.

I have felt that I have an extra ordinary amount of juice in the top. Not just condensation, but dark, pooling juice. I will take some pictures tonight. I have nothing to compare this to.

I have seen that a bunch of times. The coil is too cool to vaporize the juice getting to it. Cut down one coil at a time till that stops.
