just as an experiment took out the washer and it is really hard to fire it....it touches the battery but barely...make sure you have a washer in
No problem, if you need something while your Pila is shipping I can run down, in the company truck gas is provided.
Also I have read at places that on those Trustfire charges the posts get bent after some time of use, it may be worth a try to bend the positive post on the side that isn't working, out a bit to see if that may be the problem.

The washer has been where it's supposed to be all along, underneath the negative screw head. It was just a little camera shy when I pulled my phone out and took that picture. It's inside the derilin (?) cup and you can't really see it.

and you did everything we recommended(sry im a few hundred postsa behind) sanding screw, batts. cause the way this switch is made it can't be the switch causing issues
K-man, in my attempt to make sure you knew I wasn't "targeting" you, I singled you out unfairly. I'm sorry. I didn't know you intended to possibly get rid of some, but I believe that seeing other nice gestures you've been making.
I still feel that it is sort of a badge of honor to own as many Zeneses as possible around here. I may be wrong. But if I'm not, I hope people think it over, at least until there is some semblance of a balance between the availability and the demand.
Maybe explaining how I got here helps: I was reading about K-man's incoming PVs and I felt all excited "yay, go K-man! This guy rules", and earlier this week I was looking at someone else's picture of multiple Zeneses and felt "that's so awesome! I wish I had all those!". Seriously. Then I took a step back and analyzed this reaction and thought to myself it's not correct. I don't think it's correct. Please think about it folks, I know you all care about what is right and what is good for the group, the community, otherwise I wouldn't even bring this up.

Thanks....since I had my animated avatar spanked because it was a .gif, I had to run with a pic of myself and I don't really like looking at myself all the time, so I opened up Photoshop and came up with this real quick. It will do....
well im gonna have as many zenesi as i can...be nice to have have half a dozen or so each with a different flavor going at once.
Coming from someone who also wants a Zeesis more than I can express:
If I had the means to do what Kman did to secure one Zenesis device I would have done the same. I shot myself in the foot
getting on the ZAP list instead of getting on the standard list. I read the thread in January then got on the list on 2/2,waited until March for my first post. I don't think that Zen~ ever entertained the thought that his APV's would be so popular, or that he would have the problems getting them to people that he has had. The only way (so far) to get a Zenesis is to be on a list or buy one from the classies. On the classifieds anyone is welcome to make an offer. I just don't see the immorality in someone having the ability to buy more things than I can. Personally I don't see a problem in selling something for as much as you can get out of it either. But I respect Zen~ and his wishes and would not do that.
I think it is like comparing apples to oranges.
