G, slide the wick inside the insulater, then slide a thin paper clip thru the wick, then slide the whole assembly thru the wick hole, this will keep everything straight, then wrap your coil.Okay, so my Standard started its tricks again last night, and today the Ti started doing it. I'm pretty sure it's a wicking problem. One thing in common between these two is that I have replaced the PTFE insulator. I had a hard time getting the insulator to slide into place on both devices. What if, when sliding the insulator into place, I "mushroomed" it, causing the insulator to pinch the wick, preventing wicking?
